Elevators are a night mare - you will wait upwards of 30 mins to just get on the elevator. If you have the option, ask for a lower floor so you can take the stairs if needed.

Great location. Clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine and there were options. The gym options werd better than a lit of competitors. The staff kept it stocked. Some staff in the dining room were great at cleaning up; some just stood around. I would definitely stay here again.
They let us check in early which we appreciated. They were able to help us with car service to the so which we appreciated. Sometimes the elevator doors closed too quickly before you could get to it.
The tv remote had a button about controlling the room temp but no instructions on how to do it. The fire alarm system worked but sometimes it was hard to understand the instructions.

This is a good hotel. Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was really nice considering you’re eating out for lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately, our stay that night was below average. Because they put us in a room. That was next to the laundry, so we had to go inside of a door to get inside of our room, which anyone could have been waiting in that hallway in that little space when we came out of our room and we would've never known and we were next to the laundry so we heard the laundry. Banging all night and the staff going in and out of the laundry room and they left a big laundry card in the middle of. I'm aware we came out of our door so it wasn't convenient and the room was extra tiny and tight. We had to leave our luggage in the restaurant. So anytime we have to go to the bathroom. We have to take the luggage out of the bathroom and then put it back in when we were done. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was just average, unfortunately. For the price that I was charged. The only thing I did appreciate is that we were in the middle of Manhattan and so we were able to see Manhattan very easily and we went to a Broadway show and we got there very quickly so it was convenient. And it wasn't too far away from where we were going on our cruise.

The elevator system is a nightmare!
If you have children or a whole chair let alone have difficulty racing to an elevator this hotel is not for you
The mattresses are not comfortable
I had a lot of hopes the place looked really nice

Great Location. Room was on the small side with little counter space in the bathroom. Great roof-top lounge with nice views. Fast/efficient elevators. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Great location but still quiet enough to sleep. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room was small ...typical for NYC, but the use of space was excellent. The rooftop bar is awesome! The only issue was the elevators. They just ran too slow and couldn't keep up with the amount of ppl needed to use it. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location - literally steps away from Times Square. Be prepared for some noise and lights from the Square at night, but over all, perfect.

Stayed for the marathon, v comfy room, decent breakfast included, whilst close to Times Square our 7th floor room was quiet and we had no interruptions. Hotel laid on a runners grab and go for the marathon which was appreciated.

The stay was great and yes at first the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but I let them know and they took care of it. After I let them know they made sure the bathroom was always clean and smelling good.
The view isn’t the greatest but it is decent for the price that you pay.
It is really close to time square that for sure is a plus like you walk out and in like 2 min you are there.
The breakfast is great it is also one of the best thing this place has to offered.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was nice but cold eggs and sausage. Rooftop top bar was so pleasant and a nice treat. Location was excellent and we will stay there again

Newly opened/refurbished collection of hotels in one building, off Times Square. Great location, quiet (for area - seriously) and convenient. Decent breakfast and plenty of staff topping up.
However, the queue to register took too long (30 minutes, 4-5 customers and three staff), the a/c was very noisy and the lift situation is occasionally laughable. On 10th floor so could walk down the stairs, but getting up was a gamble as key card gives you access momentarily. With 38 floors and 4 (small) lifts, sole were taking 45 minutes to get around . Clearly not good enough.
Overall though, it’s decent and I would recommend

2 hotels in 1 building which might be the reason why it is so crowded
Rooms are small but renovated
In the busy hours I.e 10 am you could wait 20-30 minutes for the elevator to go down to the lobby

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, but rooms are small and hallways narrow, when waiting for the elevator we were standing right in front of guest rooms that were across from the elevators. I am sure the guests in those rooms could not have been happy about that. Breakfast was crowded and not great.

We booked a room for two people. Room had two beds but it was so small one of you had to step aside to let the other one pass. Very limited storage space. Suitcases could not fit under the bed. The breakfast served offered no places to sit. It was always overcrowded. People were taking breakfast to their rooms. In the morning, they used the lobby area as a storage area for suitcases. So if you were waiting for your ride, you stood. One day it took us 15 minutes to take an elevator. They ran out of bowls for cereal 15 minutes before breakfast closed.
