I picked this gostam for the last day of my trip after traveling all over Cuba. As this is not close to center Havana is really peaceful and close to the ocean.
House is beautiful, clean, room is comfy, big, breakfast is excelente, staff is helpful. There is a/c, tv, WiFi, if you are luck enough to be there when the electricity is working.

The Hotel is great.
Pros Hotel:
- Friendly staff, especially Alex, he is the best! Anthony is great as well and the ladies in the kitchen prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. It’s a simple breakfast but really delicious.
- Our room had a balcony and it is great to have for drinks and a cigar in the evening
- Airco is a must and was great
- Bed was great
- Bathroom was great
- The neighborhood was not bad
Cons Hotel:
- The room should have WiFi but it didn’t work.
- WiFi in general in the hotel was poor but it didn’t really matter to us other than letting our family know that we were okay every evening.
General remark: find a shop for drinking water because you will need it in the summer. There is a mini bar but water is rather pricey.
Do not go to Vinales as a day trip, nothing to see but bad roads and people trying to sell the idea of cigar making. It’s a rip off.
Havana as a city is bad (even knowing this a bit), it was worse than expected. Extreme poverty and a lot of people wanting to rip you off with everything and every single day. We were approached every day at least 15-20 times. It gets to you after a few days. Be prepared for this.
The airport in Havana is a tragedy. Extreme heat inside and no fresh air whatsoever and of course no airco so you will suffer in the summer, I really mean suffer.
In conclusion, the hotel is great but know what you are getting yourself into if you want to visit Havana.
For cigar lovers, buy them only at official shops.

Overall good impression, but a bit mixed feellings about breakfast: first morning we got very little coffee (less then half of small cup) and we told if we wantef more coffee we need to pay. On second day we had twice more food, three times more coffee and everything looked and tasted great.
Room is tidy and quite spacious, but customary for Cuban houses, small window in the room, so very little natural light of ventilation.
The surrounding area is interesting: a mix ruined houses and 5* hotels

Beautiful Casa. Clean and spacious with a great sized bathroom too.
They also made us some breakfast, even though we had a very early check out at 5.30am. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellently arranged room, very clean and comfortable, with cozy combination of modern and colonian tastes. Very good service. Just sometimes something insufficient, such as TV reception, WiFi coverage, hot water in shower.

Clean and cozy room and has helpful and kind staff. The breakfast was also nice. The water and the drinks very very expensive compare to shops in Havana.

Great, clean place near the Malecon! I stayed in the "Malecon" room with king bed and balcony and really loved it. VERY clean and a very nice, English-speaking staff. Hairdryer, towels, shampoo, bath soap and refrigerator provided. The breakfast consists of one cup of coffee, fruit, a smoothie and bread/butter. If you'd like more, it is available at a cost. The only issue I had was that sometimes someone would turn on the hall light in the middle of the night and it would wake me up, since the doors have frosted glass. Otherwise, really great stay.

This property is a gem. Everything about it is first class, the rooms, the people, the food. We have stayed in many casa particulars in Cuba and this is the best.
