Visiting Gothenburg with my 2 daughters. Accommodation was an excellent choice. The furniture and layout was great, beautiful decoration and gave everyone plenty of space. And the view of the city was amazing. However, the sofa was not very comfortable to sit on and too small to use as an adult bed. Also, was cold downstairs and very hot upstairs when the heating was on, as the hot air rises. Could do with an extra radiator/ heater for down stairs.

We had a great stay! The location was OK for our purpose, just a few minutes by bus to the city centre. It's brand new. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need at a great price. Good size rooms, warm, friendly staff. Will stay here again!

I would definitely recommend staying here, our apartment was extremely comfortable with everything you would need. I wasn't sure if the area was a good pick to start with, however public transport is constant with only a few minutes wait at any time and only one stop before entering the main area of Gothenburg so ideally located.

The apartment is very clean. The walls are quite thin and the fan sounds a lot from the ceiling. It is not really like the pictures, but similar. Not the cosy vibes but good. When I came the room didn’t have any linens or towels. But I was compensated with breakfast and the staff were wonderful.

One is the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The only real issue was that needing an app just to unlock the hotel room door was completely moronic. Thankfully however, the hotel soon gave us a physical key, and all was well after that

Stayed here for a long weekend, and there were issues from the beginning.
Firstly, the key code and apartment number didn't arrive as promised; guests download an app beforehand and then use their phone as a room key, but this information wasn't sent until after I sent a chaser email on the day of arrival. Also, at the complex itself the signage felt overly complicated, and it took some effort to locate my apartment.
The apartment was as described, but the combi oven didn't work. I reported this through the app and it was fixed the next day. More seriously, the lock on the bathroom door was faulty, and I was locked inside on the first day. Fortunately I had my phone with me and was able to call maintenance, and someone arrived fairly promptly to release me. But if I had been a more elderly or vulnerable guest and hadn't had my phone...
But my main concern was security. On the second night I was woken at 11pm by another guest entering my apartment, (having mistaken it for their own). As the only way to open the door is by using the app on a phone, this apparently means you could use it to open multiple apartment doors? That would make me feel very insecure about leaving any valuable belongings in my apartment.
The apartment itself was clean, modern and comfortable, and the location was good with a nearby bus taking you to the city in minutes. But overall it feels like the whole complex is fairly new and there are still quite a few teething troubles to be worked through

The area with the waterfront cabins was easy to reach with my own vehicle.
My cabin actually had a fantastic view of the water, which is not the case for all cabins due to their location.
The apartment is functionally equipped, most of the necessary things are available.
However, I did miss a fold-out tumble dryer (the washing machine is there) and a tea towel.
Also, when renting on two very warm days, there should be more than just one small bottle of Showregel (40ml) inside.
Despite these minor flaws, I can still recommend the Waterfront Cabins.

Overall a nice stay. We stayed in a townhouse. Please bear in mind that the stairs are very steep. Pots could have done with a better clean but the shower was powerful and the bed was comfy.

Difficult to find your room, difficult to get the right help from staff, broken lights left in the room, room not like in the pictures, not a proper double bed but two narrow singles sliding apart and you can't let in daylight without everyone staring straight I to your room so you live in a dark box

The location is great, very quiet, close to the bus station and has a great view. The cabins are new and very well maintained. Fantastic place.

When I contacted the reception to request a change to a ground floor studio or one with elevator access, I was told that while there were empty studios available, they were not cleaned, despite our arrival being after 10 PM, well past the official check-out time, which should have allowed ample time to clean the studios. If the hotel or Expedia had informed us that they could not provide a studio on the ground floor or with elevator access, I would have canceled the booking and chosen another accommodation. This was a significant letdown.

We enjoyed our stay but we got a strange mail after our stay that we should have cleaned the dishes!!!! We checked the communication mails from the hotel carefully before leaving but there were no indication that the client should do any cleaning. There was no info in the room itself either. The room tv was not showing netflix and normal tv channels.
