Overall beautiful clean hotel in a nicer (safer) part of town. Room layout is a bit odd with the bathroom being right at the entrance, not next to shower... The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable with pillows that your head sinks into. Makes for a night of tossing and turning 😏

I can’t rave enough about this hotrl! I love that it’s very new and the room are unexpectedly spacious with a sitting area and kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Brussels.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Best of both Apartments but full top high-end service from the front desk and concierge. We stayed with our family, the team here is incredible.. Outstanding. Always looking to make sure we were taken care of. We stayed for a week, visiting everything nearby, It's a real Brussels neighborhood, light on the tourists and lots of locals.. With a tram that takes you anywhere within 15 minutes.. Breakfast was great and easy and a wonderful way to start the day... The front desk always had someone willing to assist. 5-star service, very polite and responsive. Rooms were spotless and modern, Balconies were a great place to have a coffee, or morning stretch. Merci!!!!

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are very spacious and generous in surface. the good thing they have a lounge with a sofa, tv unit, and kitchen block that is completely separate from the sleeping area. This is very convenient and makes the room very spacious. the room is also full of architecture and art books, so if you wish to disconnect from your phone, you got beautiful material in the room to look at. what i don't like is the bathroom unit which is an open walk in shower and a vanity that are part of the sleeping area. the wc with a wash basin are on the other side of the room. Adjacent to the entrance. i still prefer the old fashioned traditional bathroom unit that has everything in it and can be closed with one door. i think it is a trend now and i have been seeing this more often in European hotels. it is not that bad but not my preference. another thing to mention, this hotel doesnt have a proper lobby you expect to see in most hotels. but this doesnt bother me at all. cleanliness and tidiness is very good in the hotel, staff are very friendly and warm. check-in/check-out process is easy and smooth. Thank you L'avenue for wonderful stay.

I was warmed by the extraordinary compassion and kindness I was shown by every staff member. I was having a bit of a bad luck week (fell flat on my back, cut open my toe and even had a horse and carriage mishap in Bruges). Sophie, Nicole and Yasmina took care of me. I am an elderly woman travelling alone. They made me feel like I wasn't alone,. Thank you to everybody.
