A lovely hotel with a great vibe. We received a warm welcome on arrival and this warmth continued with other team members we met during our stay. The rooms are modern, functional and clean - what you would expect from a new hotel. There is nothing dated in this building. We will stay here again!

We were disappointed with the room, which we informed the manager of, but he had no acceptable alternative to offer. Our room was very small and we had no space to put our clothes, no wardrobe, and only one luggage pallet. The other bags we had to have on the floor. No bedside table whatsoever. Poor pressure in the shower. Saturday evening the hotel had rented out the space for outdoor seating to a very noisy private party, where very loud music was played until midnight, which made sleep impossible. The breakfast was quite good, the staff eager to please and the buses to the city centre frequent.

Friendly staff allowed us to check in early without any charges. Stayed only one night but everything was really good here except that a chair would be much more comfortable than the stool provided in the room

The rooms are a little dated but the staff are all very nice, especially Maria and the Breakfast team

Liked its easy access to the Dublin airport.
Did NOT like the fact that we had NO TV reception. We were told that TV was set up for apps on our phone. We don't put TV apps on our phone, never have. At home we have our apps on our Smart TV in addition to having regular TV service. I can't believe they haven't had other complaints about this. We are over 65 and didn't know how to set up our phone to link to the TV. Lots of other older customers from other countries stayed there, and I'm sure they had the same problem we had.

Small room with strange layout : bed in the corner so one person has to clamber in and out. Friendly staff, good breakfast and easy access to city centre by bus make up for the disappointment with the room

We arrived about 8am, several hours before check-in. However, Bruno at the front desk did his best to get us into our room earlier. Maria, in charge of the adjacent restaurant, was so welcoming. When our other traveling companions arrived, she along with her staff including Zakariya, served us the most delicious breakfast which we lingered over, at Maria's suggestion, as we awaited our rooms being available. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant that evening, and, breakfast the next morning before beginning our touring. The only downside of the hotel is that the room was quite small. in contrast, however, the bathroom was quite large. So, given the cost of the room, the location of the hotel, and the wonderful food and service staff, I'd stay here again.

The Dublin One was a nice hotel with quaint rooms and friendly staff. The room was a decent size for a solo traveler and offered the essentials. There was no refrigerator and the shower pressure was lacking, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a bus stop close by and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of town. It takes a half hour to get from the Dublin airport to the hotel using the public bus. At the time I traveled it was only 2.60 euro. I would stay at the Dublin One Hotel again.

Our flight got in very early so we thought we'd have to just drop off our bags & come back later. But they were able to let us check in early which was great. The restaurant was delicious & had a decent selection. The staff was super accommodating as we had water bottles that they would fill with ice & water practically every day. But who we liked best was the front desk clerk, Bruno. He was so helpful & had a very warm personality. We loved Bruno!

Very clean hotel, very friendly service. I had booked a triple room for myself and my two teenage daughters who never want to share a bed with anyone! Room was small but very clean, comfortable and adequate.
Breakfast was brilliant with a sit down service, never really liked going up and down to get food.
Very convenient to Croke Park, under 10 mins walk, under 20 mins walk from Connolly train station and 15mins from O'Connell Street.
Definitely would stay again
