Not far to the main attractions. Leave my car in the hotel parking lot. Can park after until 12pm check out. I booked the Hollywood room which is very big. The onsen is also good for relaxation. Pay 1000 yen for breakfast, lots of food and yummy.

Location is about 10-15 minutes walk from train station. It's very quiet neighbourhood. You will surely have a good sleep. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very polite and professional. The best part is the onsen (both public and private) are great. Breakfast space is a bit crowded but staffs are very efficient to clean and refill food items. I will definitely stay again.

The private onsen was the best during our 15 days trip. The breakfast had a lot of choices. But the seatings are problematic if you are a large group of travellers. We, family of 5, luckily seated together during breakfast.

During check-in, a front desk staff pointed us with a gloomy face to go back to the entrance for registration. However, there were no signs or staff indicating this when we entered, this is not a common procedure in hotels, but it made us feel like it was the tourists' own problem, which immediately gave us a bad impression of this hotel.
Before us, there were 3 customers checking in, she greeted them with a smile. However, when it was our turn, she not only was unwilling to process our registration, but eventually let another employee do it for her. We felt completely discriminated against, until we directly asked her if she had any dissatisfaction with us.
As a hotel that receives international guests, the suspicion of discrimination against customers has seriously undermined guests' confidence.

Nice quiet hotel with comfortable beds. Our 1st room smelt a bit musty near the sink so they agreed to move us to a different room, much appreciated.
The hotel has a good buffet breakfast with western and Asian choices. We didn’t try the onsen as it was closed for maintenance, there were family private ones available but too long a wait.
Location is a bit far from the old town but is walkable, about 20 minutes. Morning market beside the river is worth visit.

Very nice hotel with spacious room. Seems to have nice spa even though we didn’t use it. Very cute welcome bags for my children and they loved it. Location is slightly away from the town centre so has limited restaurants around. However close enough to all the convenient stores.
