- Second Floor: Large Primary bedroom with Queen bed, Twin Futon, Smart TV and private balcony.

This rental is for Unit A of the completely separated duplex. Unit B may also be available for rent if you have a larger group and are interested in renting both. Feel free to reach out to inquire or check our profile for our other unit.
Please note, there are two exterior doorbell cameras located on the property.

- Please note, access to our home is located about 12 - 15 steps up from the street.
House Rules: Failure to follow these may result in fines.
- No parties in the home or on the property unless approval has been obtained ahead of booking/ reservation.
- No Smoking of any kind within the home (this includes cigarettes, vaping, Marijuana, etc.)
- We currently do not allow pets in our home. Unauthorized pets during a booking will incur a fine.
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Please respect our neighbors - quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM (per Seattle City)
