This charming cabin sleeps up to 16 people and sits on a private 10 acres providing privacy and serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of games to play between basketball, Ping pong, fooseball, Soccer and arcade, making it the perfect space for family gatherings, corporate retreats, or church retreats, or even EVENTS. The Space:
One of a kind wood-work inside will leave you feeling at home and relaxed! Fully stocked kitchen includes crock pot, Coffee maker, toaster, dishes ,glasses, pots and pans .All TVs are smart Tvs with a firestick. The space includes, pool, griddle grill on propane, basketball, cornhole, soccer net, pingpong, arcade , foosball and game board. The cabin consists of two living spaces for guests to spread out between main level and basement. Also, the cabin comes with a bar setup in the basement with additional fridge .

The Neighborhood:
Wery quite and private neighborhood. One neighbor is on the left side of the house. Please be mindful of loud music past 9 pm

Around 10 - 15 minutes away from Grocery, Walmart, Restaurants and Shopping.

30 minutes to concord
45 minutes to winston salem
45 minutes from uptown charlotte
50 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport
Other Things to Note:
When you get to your destination , please stay on your right hand side and drive down the narrow tree lined road to the cabin. POOL IS NOT HEATED AND CLOSED OCTOBER-APRIL
Water is a Well Water and not advised to drink from it. The fridge dispenser water is filtered. You can prepare by bringing extra water bottles with you.
