Contemporary apartment perfect for families or friends seeking a seaside getaway on the North Devon Coast. Barricane beach, with its vast golden sands, is just metres from the door, making beach days a breeze. The central location of the apartment means guests are never far from the plethora of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops that Woolacombe has to offer. The South West Coast Path is also on the doorstep, with various trails offering breath-taking scenery and the chance to spot wildlife. For a fun filled family day out, venture to Ilfracombe (6 miles) and have a game of crazy golf, play in the arcades, or visit the aquarium. Combe Martin Wildlife Park is only 12 miles away, and promises to be an exciting day out for all the family.
Park your car in the allocated parking space and take the lift up to the top floor of your luxury apartment. Walking through the hallway where you will find the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen. This light and airy space offers the perfect living space with sumptuous sofas a Smart TV and a modern stylish kitchen where you can whip up dinner and still all be together. Walking back through the hallway you will find both bedrooms a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC and a twin room room with zip-and-link beds (can be made into a king on request). Completing this delightful apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
From the lounge, there are bi-fold doors where you can enjoy many hours gazing at the rolling waves and the spectacular sunsets enjoying your favourite beverage on the patio furniture.

2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite shower room with WC and 1 family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC
