Beautiful, luxurious residence "Les Terrasses du Paradis", built in 2007. On the outskirts, 400 m from the centre. In the house: sauna, lift. Shop, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop, children's playground 400 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Eine großzügige schöne Wohnung mit Panorama Blick und Nachmittags/Abendsonne. Alles vorhanden, alles super. Klasse auch der Stellplatz in der Garage mit Heizschrank für Skischuhe. Das einzige Manko: der Weg zum Lift erfordert ein Auto oder den Bus. Haltestelle etwa 3 Min. Zu Fuß. Und die Fußbodenheizung ist nur sehr kompliziert einstellbar an den Ventilen. Das ist für Laien sehr wenig komfortabel. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn es für den Kamin etwas Holz gegeben hätte.
