Welcome to our RV! Our super clean camper sleeps up to 8, and it comes fully stocked with everything you need. Bring yourselves and food, show up and enjoy! The private master bedroom is in the front, featuring a queen size bed with 3" memory foam topper as well as 2 doors, 2 closets, and shelving. The bunkhouse is in the rear and features 3 bunks as well as a fold down couch. (Note: bunks are not intended for adults, and have a max weight of 200lbs per bunk.) There is also a closet and a TV in the bunkroom. Room darkening curtains are covering the windows. A pocket door closes it off from the main living space. The main living space is on a slide out, and is located in the middle of the camper. There you will find a couch and a dinette (that each fold down into additional sleeping spaces), as well as a TV, stereo with Bluetooth capabilities, a pantry, and the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a large fridge and freezer, microwave, 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, large sink, and plenty of counter space. It comes fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare and eat your meals. Off the living space, you will find the bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, vanity space, bathtub and shower with upgraded Oxygenics Fury showerhead. On the exterior of the RV, we have upgraded SureStep steps. The 17' awning with LED lighting is perfect for relaxing in the shade. There are 2 Furion outdoor speakers that play off of the inside stereo (different zones). There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bunks will only come with fitted sheets. Any convertible furniture will have sheets available for use upon request. (Please remove sheets from beds and place on bedroom floor when trip is completed) -Bath & kitchen towels (Please place on bedroom floor with sheets when trip is completed) -Dogs are welcome. - ABSOULTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE CAMPER. You will lose your security deposit and be charged for any additional cost associated with removing smoke smell from camper. -Nothing besides the RV toilet paper may go into the toilet. If anything else is used, we will not be able to dump the tanks, and you will lose your security deposit. -All hoses, cords, leveling blocks come with the camper if you choose to tow it yourself. -Tires are all upgraded to Class D including the spare. *1 tank of propane is included in set up fee. If more than 1 tank is used, you will be charged an additional $25. Keep in mind, the water heater, stove, oven and heater all run on propane, so be mindful about turning items off when not in use. **All items that are upon request are subject to possible additional fees. -Although not required, we recommend choosing a full hookup campsite. The water on board will not last long if you are taking showers and washing dishes, especially if you are not used to conserving water. We have a 30 gal fresh tank, 36 gal grey tank, and 36 gal black tank. We hope that you love and enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!
