Welcome to our stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse, ideally located in a sought-after city fringe location. Just a short stroll from Hagley Park, Merivale Village, and Victoria Street, you'll find everything you need within walking distance.
Experience the best of urban living in this beautiful townhouse, perfectly positioned for convenience and style. The townhouse features a durable brick exterior, ensuring timeless visual appeal. Inside, the open-plan living area on the ground floor seamlessly connects to a private courtyard garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a main bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, enjoy the ease of an internal-access garage.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property and an internal access car garage.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
