My grandkids were over the moon for the arcade games.. House was roomy .Drier door was broken and master bath shower heads barely worked… Hot tub wasn’t very clean.Over all my family liked the close location to the beach and the fun in house arcades.With a the above mentioned repairs it would be even better.Cindy

Wonderful break from our normal day to day. Lots of activities for the kids in the house and in the local neighborhood. Loved that it was walking distance from shops and food!

Everything was perfect. Grill was dirty upon arrival and we missed the chance to use the hot tub but everything else was perfect. We did wash all towels used and linens but left a loaf on washer and dryer. We would love to come back and stay in this home.

Overall this property was fantastic! We recently went down to the Oregon Coast to celebrate a birthday and have a vacation with friends and the kids. The weather wasn't cooperating with us the entire weekend we were there so we were extremely thankful that this house had so much to do inside! The arcade games were a hit with everyone and all the kids toys and books kept our little ones occupied even when they couldn't enjoy the beach! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in Lincoln City. We will definitely be rebooking here the next time we make it down there and hopefully the weather works out better for us!

Our family stayed here over the weekend. There was so much to do for all ages. The game room was amazing although 2 games were out of order, there were many others to choose from. Lots of space to spread out and relax. We really liked the living room couch. So big and comfy. Will stay here again.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet even with inns down the street. It was nice to walk two blocks and get bakery items for breakfast and see other shops and a movie. The beach was fairly close and were able to get some good exercise. The house was as described. The one thing I missed was cable tv. I thought I saw that in the description but I was not able to watch any bowl games this year. The kitchen had everything we need and it was fun to have so many gaming options. My family had a really nice visit.

2 beds had huge urine stains on them. Most the furniture was dusty and the house has a mildew smell. Was still really fun time with friends. Close to everything.

This house is very fun. The arcade is awesome for rainy days and it is close to beach access. The house is clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after playing all day. The host was very fast in response to my questions. We love staying here.

The kids and adults loved the arcade. There was plenty of room in the house for all 10 of us. I forgot my instant pot but thankfully there were two crock pots. Fully a stocked kitchen, was perfect for me. Loved it, we will stay here again :)

10 of us spent the weekend. We had 4 parents, 2 grandparents & 4 kids ages 4 to 10 & everyone had the best time. Easy walk to the beach just a couple blocks away & although we had beautiful weather it wouldn't have mattered because the house offered so many options. Full size video games, foos ball, air hockey, legos, board games, puzzles & an extensive kid & adult movie section would keep any family busy for days. Although you can tell the house has been well used by many families it was comfortable & pretty well maintained. We're already planning our next trip!

Great location and place only had a few issues. One of the games call classic only one joy stick worked and the internet for viewing television was very bad especially a weekend with basketball playoff. The picture quality was in and out running’s on spectrum. Picture so bad you couldn’t figure out the players. Also hot tub had sand-in it and only one jet working. Only the birthday boy soaked one time. Grandkids enjoyed the house.

We loved our stay and it was great for teens. The house was comfortable and cozy. There are a couple small things in the kitchen.... a nonstick pan would be nice and some sharp knives. Also the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and it made it very difficult to load and empty. Other than that we loved it!

Overall excellent!! The location to the beach and to main street couldn't have been better - the house is a half block away from each. The arcade basement was amazing. Everything was wired with Google and was super easy. There were more beds than we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Rusty

We love this property! Hot tub, arcade room. We always have a pinball competition with Grandpa! Close to everything and down the block there is beach access where you can drive on the beach! It was a beautiful day and we built a fire right on the beach! House had everything we need. We'll be back!!

Love the house, layout, arcade was awesome, short walk to the beach. VRBO ad needs updated. It says there are 3.5 bath but there are only 2.5 baths. Also could use cooking utensils in the kitchen that aren’t large bbq style. Made cooking a little awkward. Other than that though we loved it there. Will definitely stay again.

This trip was probably our family’s favorite vacation rental to date. It kept the kids (and adults) entertained from wake up to bed time. Proximity to the beach access was awesome. We had excellent communication with the property manager. Extremely clean, we appreciated every detail including the crystal clear hot tub water and brand new sponge in the kitchen for our stay (nothing worse than a mystery used sponge to wash dishes with at a vacation rental). The couch in the main living room was extremely comfortable and the big windows everywhere were awesome. Arcade and basement were obviously a huge hit. They way it’s set up with smart outlets down there is super cool. We will for sure be back!

We loved staying at Blue Marlin property. We surprised the kids by not telling them about the arcade games. They were blown away at how many games there were and how easy they are to use. We loved using the hot tub and found plenty of pots and pans for cooking. There are a bunch of puzzles, dvds and games too. We walked to the shops on the main road and also the beach. Easy distance to both. All our kids asked to come back to Blue Marlin again.
