Booked my room months in advance, but when I showed up I was told there had been a mixup and no room was available.

The place has a great location, middle of downtown, few minutes to the Venetian Port. The apartment is functional but the furniture is old and show that. Good space for two ppl but not more. The bathroom definitely needs remodeling and is crowded. I think they save money buying the cheapest furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. We park in the street and we’re able to find space nearby.

The apartment was located at a very central point of Chania. A few minutes walk from the popular pedestrian path.
The apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed to live there for many days. Even a washing machine!
The balcony was very big and nice to sit there.
If you own a car, it may take some time to find some parking at the street.
The owner was very friendly and available to address our requests or questions.
Would book again, next time I come to Chania.

Very lovely place to stay in Chania! The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and Georgios was very kind and accommodating. The kitchen was also very well equipped with all types of utensils, but would be great if it had salt, pepper and sugar included in the kitchen too. Location wise - it was a good location and within walking distance from the bus stop and the nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chania (-:

Extra convenient location; 2 min walk from the main bus stop, easy walk to old town, restaurants, several food markets around. Apartments are cleaned on daily bases and they are fully equipped, I felt like at home. The owner was very helpful in terms of navigating through the town, best tavernas, beaches etc .Highly recommended & I would come back.

Ideally situated for the main bus station (2 minutes walk) and visits to the Old Venetian Port (10 mins). Room was dated but very clean and with all facilties, iron, hairdryer, kettle, fridge etc. Recommended for short stays at either end of your holiday. Georgios, the owner is very helpful and easy to contact with any queries prior to your stay.

Perfect location, just 2 mins walk to the K-Tel bus station with buses that goes to many places outside of Chania. Did not have a car so buses were very convenient, reliable, and combined with Anendyk ferries an economical way to travel in Crete. Georgios, the owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and approachable which made our 2 weeks stay in Chania very enjoyable. Room cleaned daily and kitchen came with complimentary Cretan olive oil, wine and rake which we enjoyed. Love Crete and its friendly locals, beaches, food, scenic views of mountain and sea, historical monasteries, beautiful alleys for strolling and not so crowded in May.
Thanks from Toronto, Canada.

The apartment has everything you may need even a washing machine. Very close to shops and the bus station and a short walk to the Harbour and the Old Town. Georgios and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have trouble walking so the location and the hotel having a lift were great. I felt very safe and comfortable here.

I stayed for 3 weeks in the Alena studio apartment in the middle of winter. The location is exellent. When you get off the bus and look up, you can see the sign across the road for Alena. Round the corner is an excellent supermarket. The town and shops start just 30 seconds walk away. The water and harbour are 5 minutes walk away. I was very comfy in this apartment. The room was a good size, the heating worked well, the bed was comfy and the room kept very clean. The kitchen was so well fitted out. No rubbish, all good cooking pots, china and cutlery. I even had a washing machine and a bath robe if I needed it. And there was good wifi connection too. I can't fault it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Hania.
