Seasonal rental 3 month minimum at $500/night DISCOUNT FOR rentals of 4, 5 or 6 months as follows: for bookings of 4 months/120 days subtract $50/night per month=$450/night. For 5 months/150 days subtract $ 75/night =$425/night and for6 month/180 day bookings subtract $100/night=$400/night -with no taxes incurred for 180 day booking . Must request to book on the site and then follow up with message on the site for your specific timeframes ( to modify pricing) The booking request will be modified to reflect the rate for your specific timeframe. Taxes to be paid at 6 percent per Florida law for days under 180. For stays of 180 days and over, no taxes are incurred . Payment to be made in full prior to stay.
