Brookside Pines on Hardy Road in Wilmington places visitors in a serene setting surrounded by the beauty of nature and wooded areas, yet is nearby Whiteface Mountain and a short drive away from the Olympic Village of Lake Placid. Wilmington is in the heart of Adirondack Mountain Biking with trails less than 1 mile away along with 2 local pump tracks and over 12 trail systems within a 30 minute drive.
This cozy Adirondack home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an inviting open floor plan. The living room has a TV, fireplace with woodstove insert and lots of comfortable space. The nook off to the side holds a desk with chair, a games table and several board games, perfect for family fun nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and dishware needed for preparing meals to dine at home. The dining room holds a large table that seats 6-8 and is adjacent to the kitchen island with 3 stools. The open space allows for families or groups to easily gather and an abundance of areas inside and out also allow for spreading out to find a quiet space. The rocker and window seat in one of the bedrooms presents guests with a perfect spot to catch up on a bit of down time or curl up with a good book.
Step outside for your morning coffee on the screened porch with gorgeous views of Whiteface Mountain and surrounding wooded areas and then end your days reminiscing about your daily adventures around the firepit while taking in the fresh Adirondack air and toasting smores.
