The property has an additional unit on-site that is NOT part of this vacation rental. That unit has its own address & entrance, and has NO access to the 4-bedroom, 3-bath home and detached game room, which are exclusively for vacation rental guests.

Guests renting the 4-bedroom, 3-bath house and detached game room will SHARE the following common areas with the other unit on the property:

Common Area # 1
- Driveway: Vacation rental guests have parking on the LEFT side of the extended driveway, with space for multiple vehicles in tandem.

Common Area #2
- Detached Laundry Room located on-site.

Please keep music and other noise to an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. No parties or loud social gatherings. Any breach of the house rules, including hosting unauthorized parties, can lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Groups with more than 10 guests - Bed Arrangements - Queen Air Mattress. This option is best suited for children and can be placed in the living room.

Our property has outdoor security cameras for safety, with views of the exterior only (front and back of the house; driveway). There are no cameras inside or in private spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected during your stay.
