A Brief Overview
A great condominium, close to the free shuttle stops, and one block off old Main St! A brand new kitchen, with two Master Suites (large bedroom with attached full bathrooms), make it more comfortable than a hotel or box-like condo. You can relax in the condo with a steam room, Jacuzzi, and foosball table right upstairs. Lots of parks, stores, restaurants, and even the Frisco Marina are less than a 5 minute walk away. Park the car and enjoy! You are right where you should be!!
The Perfect Condo
A wonderful second floor unit with over 1,800 sq. ft. of space to stretch out. Perfect to invite your friends over for dinner or maybe just a cocktail before you go out on the town. But with a brand new kitchen and grill, you will enjoy cooking for everyone! Light the gas fireplace with the flip of a switch (or thermostat) and warm up immediately. A nice way to relax after your busy day on the slopes.
If you are still feeling a little bit stiff and sore from the day's activities, the steam room (easily seats 4) and the intimate 2-person Jacuzzi, can melt all your soreness away. Afterwards, have fun with the kids playing foosball or one of the many games. Luckily everything is right in the unit, so you don't even need to put on your jacket! Tuck the kids into the queen size bed, full sized futon and a set of twin bunk beds. You can have up to 4 kids in beds upstairs. It's all set up with an entertainment center, DVD player, and game console.
Now all you have to do is stumble downstairs and crawl into bed. With two large Master Suites (king bed, attached full bathroom, and large closets), you can put your friends in the other suite (queen bed, private full bath, and enormous closets, one with washer/dryer)! You and your friends can each take one of the suites (Blue River Suite and the Ten Mile Creek Suite) and with the kids upstairs, everyone has the privacy they are looking for. See you in the morning.

As you know, location is everything! We looked long and hard to find a condo in just the right location for you. Just one block off of Main St., you can easily stroll to all the best things Frisco has to offer. Unique shops, restaurants and bars line the street from the Marina all the way to the Post Office. Just 273 steps gets you to Kemosabe for sushi (rolls to die for!) or Silverheels for awesome steaks. Another 100 steps to Peppino's for perfect pizza (even gluten free) or Ollie's for one of the best burgers in town. The finer restaurants are about a block farther away. After dinner and you walk back home, you won't hear anything from Main St. keeping you up all night! Hit the pillow and you are out! We think it is better than being right on the main drag.

You are a short shuttle ride from Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone, and only a 30 minute drive from Vail. Unless you need a ski-in / ski-out chalet that sleeps 35, this is the location for you! Frisco is a normal mountain town where you don't have to worry about the latest fashion trends or selling your first born child just to have some time away. We hope we can give you everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your vacation.

This was our fourth year spending a week in this area and our third staying at this property in Frisco. It is the perfect location and size for our family. Jim is amazing host and the condo has everything we could need! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful in Colorado!!

This is a spacious and comfortable home for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony where we had coffee each morning and adult beverages in the evening. We found it very easy to cook meals or grill. The kitchen is well stocked. Town is a block away so dining out was very easy, too. Biking everywhere, hiking, fishing and more! Hosts are kind and responsive!

The owners were so welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was fantastic and made a perfect ski vacation get-away. There is a steam room and jacuzzi for after fun recovery. The space was able to accommodate our family easily, and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return!

The house was great. Two blocks from Main Street so you could walk for dinner, shopping. Trails close by, Mount Royal , 10 mile hike. Bike rental on Main made in convenient to rent bikes and do some fun Bike routes. Just love downtown Frisco so quaint. Would recommend this Condo.

We have stayed in this property twice, once in the summer and once in winter and not only is the owner very accommodating but the location is excellent. Two blocks away from main street with shops and restaurants as well as 25 minutes away from the slopes.
Jim the owner is very nice and always available. Kitchen is well stocked for any family cooking and the place is clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a place in Frisco for your family with plenty of space with a great location this is it.

My wife and I had a perfect stay in Frisco with our dog. We have been to Frisco a lot when skiing and this was our first non-skiing trip. The property is in a perfect location for all activities. We had the best time biking or hiking and then coming back to an ideal property for relaxing before walking to any of the close spots for happy hour. Our dog loved to lay in the sun on the deck! Jim and Cathy were outstanding hosts who made this an amazing trip and our favorite in Frisco. We will be back!

Located just one block off Main Street, yet very quiet and peaceful! We so enjoyed sitting on the deck, walking to the park, and strolling around the town of Frisco. Jim and Kathy are excellent hosts!! Very responsive and helpful, and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. The kitchen is very well stocked, should you choose to cook at home. Plenty of fresh towels and linens. It was great having a washer and dryer, since we got into mud on several hikes. All in all, I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Wonderful Condo
This is a wonderfully well equipped condo with plenty of kitchen utensils, washer, dryer and game room. Spacious rooms and dining area. A short walk to Main Street, and wooded trails. Take a steam bath to ease your muscles from a day of skiing at some of the best ski areas in the Rockies. Highly recommend.

Perfect Frisco location
Stayed here with friends for our annual snowboarding trip to Copper mountain. The place was as described- perfect location in Frisco and walkable to downtown bars,.restaurants etc. Very clean and cozy. Would stay again!

Great condo
Amazing location - super quick walk to Main St., easy drive to Copper, convenient parking. The condo is even bigger than it looks on the listing. Plenty of room for a family of four and two dogs to spread out. Very well stocked kitchen. Jim was great to work with and made it a wonderful visit.

Property was great. Literally wouldn’t change a thing. Location was perfect - walking distance to retail and restaurants couldn’t have been better.
Jim was a great host and really helped us out on some dinner locations for family celebration. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Frisco Location
The location can't be beat, just a block off Main St in Frisco. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The living room was large and comfortable, and our family of 5 and 2 dogs hung out there every night watching movies. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were really appreciated for our after ski-snowboard showers. Jim was a helpful and responsive host.

Great condo
This condo more than met our needs for a Summit County getaway. The bedrooms were great, our dog was happy here (especially in the sun on the deck), and the central location can’t be beat. We like to grill and cook and the kitchen is very well-equipped for that. Jim is a great host and provided assistance when needed.

Everyone who walked into this condo said two things: it's bigger than they anticipated and it's even nicer than the pictures show it to be. Great condo-- very comfortable and incredibly well-stocked with food, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, games. Excellent location-- 1 block off Main St., a short walk to the marina, close to hiking and biking trails. Jim is very friendly, welcoming, and superb at communicating. We'll definitely be back!

This was a perfect place to stay in Frisco. So centrally located and the condo has everything that you could want. The owners were the most gracious hosts and really helped to make the stay easy with their responsive communication.

Excellent place to stay.
The condo was huge and clean. They had everything you could possibly need if you forgot something. They have a lot of entertainment opportunities from TV's in every room, the foosball table, games, cards, and books. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the dinnerware and cooking pots and pants. There is a nice set of washer and drier. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool tub.
Frisco is a nice, quiet town. It is very dog friendly with even an outside dog bath area. The food is great and in all price ranges. There are many good cycling and hiking oportunities.
The owner was flexible, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
I totally recommend this property.

Well-equipped condo with a top-notch host
Jim is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of working with! He was very proactive with communication, making sure that we had everything we needed before and during our stay. He's always looking for ways to improve the space and experience for his guests. The condo was also very well stocked with kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and food. It was great being able to interact with a real person instead of a big property management company.

Awesome Condo
With Covid we rented a larger than usual condo. This property was perfect. Didn’t feel like a rental unit. We were able to walk to downtown Frisco. Frisco is the perfect distance from Copper Mtn. So the commute is convenient. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus. Hard to find such nice accommodations that allow us to bring our dog. The owners were super helpful. Loved everything about this trip.

Owners were great to work with. The condo was the most well stocked of any place we have ever stayed. Location was great and easily accessible with plenty of parking. The condo was well laid out and easily slept the 10 of us. Game room was a plus. The only negative was the abundance of dog hair. Most of our group are dog owners so it was no big deal. We would definitely stay there again. Great price and excellent location.

Really great property!!!
The location is perfect! One block to the bars & restaurants. Jim was available for any questions & very helpful. There was plenty room for our large family, & the kids/teens enjoyed the game room. Nice appliances & furnishings, comfortable beds. We stayed during a record snowfall (Denver airport & I-70 were closed!) but the roads, sidewalks & parking lot were cleared daily.

Great condo - perfect location!
We stayed here over the New Year holiday. This condo could not be more perfectly located! We could sit on the couch and watch the pedestrians on Main St Frisco. And Ollies is so close! The condo is well-equipped with lots of staples in the kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms are spacious. The owner Jim is super friendly and helpful with any questions as well as local recommendations. We stayed shortly after they upgraded to a gas fireplace (awesome convenience) and put in a beautiful new shower in one of the master baths. I would gladly stay here again. I will say it was on the cozy side for 3 couples + 5 kids but we were all family or like family so it worked great for us. There were plenty of beds / couches and 3 full bathrooms so each family unit had their own bathroom to share. The steam room was a cool feature. Never had that in a condo rental before! The boys loved the Foosball table. Oh and the pet friendly policy rocks. Staying here felt like borrowing your uncle’s ski condo rather than renting - it all felt so homey and welcoming. Hope to come back!

Mount Snow Academy Training Trip
We stayed with a large group and the place fit everyone comfortably. The Foosball table was a hit with the kids. We would defiantly stay here again on another training trip.
