This was our first time visiting and staying in Frisco. We had high expectations based on the photos and description of this condo, and those expectations were exceeded. This location is walking distance to a historical site in Frisco that includes a number of buildings from the town's origin. Just a few steps further and you're on Main street, where all the action is. The location is far enough away that it's not too noisy despite the close proximity to downtown. It's also a short bike ride from the main paved bike path that gives you access to most of the town, the lake and Breckenridge. We used the path to get to a system of MTB and Hiking trails located on the peninsula, which provides some great riding. The condo itself is spacious and well appointed. There's great natural light, excellent views from the deck, and an easy to use gas fireplace. There's nothing I would have changed about the stay.

We are frequent visitors of Frisco, and have several family members who live there. This is certainly a great location, but the beds in the 2nd bedroom and loft are not suitable for adult couples. The trundles in the loft are basically for very small children (full of springs and do not lift up to meet the twin bed), and the 2 full size beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for the adult couples.
Most discouraging was the fact that a snow plow who plows the parking lot hit our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee (less than 1500 miles) and neither Evolve or PMI Management Agency would not take any responsibility or even contact the plow company for us.

Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this unit to a friend.

We stayed in this condo for a wedding, the location ended up being perfect for so many different wedding activities as it was conveniently located near Main St! The condo was also spacious and cozy to host a small group of friends and family from out of town for meals and bridal party moments. The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, too! We really lucked out with this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Frisco, especially with larger groups or kids.

Excellent time in Frisco
This property was ver casual and relaxing. There were just three of us and it was quite comfortable. The location is right off Main Street in Frisco and walking distance to some great restaurants. Quick drive to Breckenridge ski resort. Kitchen had all we needed. Only thing we could not figure out was the fireplace. It was quite cold out first night so the shower was luke warm. I assume pipes are on outside of building. Next few days it warmed up a lot so temp was better. Also we put the oven on and it started smoking so much we had to open windows and turn it off so the smoke alarm would not go off. Property manager needs to make sure this is regularly cleaned. There were three coffee pots so make sure the right pot is with the right machine. Frisco has a wholefoods and other grocery stores and liquor/wine stores for all your food and beverage needs. Despite a few minor issues I would definitely stay here again..

Mother Daughter Trip
This is a nice condo with a lot of windows and views of the mountains, one block from Main Street, Frisco. It is right at the far end of the "pedestrian promenade," where the street is closed to cars for about 1/2 mile. We walked to town, the marina, farmers market, and the history museum. We could have walked, but drove down 2nd St. to Rainbow Lake trail, where we saw a mother and her baby moose.
The two balconies were great, but could use some comfy chairs/sofa/chaise. We used the two folding chairs from the coat closet to enjoy the sun and stars on the upper balcony. There were also several board games in the coat closet. The kitchen was well stocked, roomy and bright, with plenty of granite counters and bar stools. It would be great to cook in, but we enjoyed the wonderful restaurants and street music instead (it was vacation!). The large dining table is well-loved and probably full of good family memories. All other first floor furniture appeared brand new and the beds were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets as well. Three baths were a luxury for three women and the owner's bath is beautifully updated. The sliding doors on that shower don't close all the way so we were careful not to let water spray out and put towels down, in case.
I did call the property manager to ask the furnace filter be changed, as there was a heavy smell of dust when we entered. Most of the week after that we left the windows open, so not sure if the filter was changed or not. There is no A/C so we left windows open during the night after the traffic quieted down and closed them about 3-4 a.m. to block cold and a.m. traffic noise (re-routed from Main St.). It gets hot upstairs so cool mountain air felt great. It was good to have a washer dryer and some leftover detergent since we were re-wearing some clothes, depending on the weather. In early Sept. we layered t shirts, jacket and vest with pants most days into night. Shorts were ok somedays. I've never appreciated a scarf so much, as evenings cool off fast.
This was a great place to stay and feel like we were just getting settled in when it was time to leave. I would stay here again, but better prepare for altitude adjustment and pack lighter for the three-flight climb next time.

Great property in Frisco!
This property was great with 2 families. It was so nice to have the extra beds in the loft. Unfortunately we had a kid get sick so having a washer and dryer in the property was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicest Place We've Stayed!
Nicest, most spacious and luxurious place we've stayed in Summit Co. You can't beat the price and the amenities. Super easy check-in process and 0 questions on anything. Loved it!

Great place for two families
We had a wonderful visit while skiing for the weekend. The location within Frisco is excellent. There was plenty of room for two families of four. The unit was recently renovated so the bathrooms and furniture were all updated. Adjusting the thermostat to get a comfortable temperature in the unit was a little tricky. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Great Location!
We stayed here for a long weekend in August. We come to Colorado often, and we always try to find a place in Frisco, because we love this town. This condo is in a GREAT location, literally a block from Main Street. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and very spacious for our family of five.
What really impressed me, however, is the responsiveness of the owner. On our second day there, a Monday, a painting crew showed up to the house early in the morning. They were noisy, waking everyone up, and since it was a day that we didn't have a lot planned, it was inconvenient to come and go, as the painters were painting the steps up to the unit, and we couldn't really sit out on the deck, which is one of our favorite things to do. So I emailed the management company, just stating that I wish we would have been informed so that we could have planned our activities around that day when we would have mostly been gone. A few days later, I heard from the owner, who apologized profusely. They were not aware that the painters were coming that day, and reimbursed us for one night because of the inconvenience!
We have stayed at many, many VRBO properties, and the owners' care and concern for their guests at this unit is unmatched!

Great condo in the heart of Frisco, CO.
Incredible 2 bedroom condo with loft just steps away from Frisco's Main St. Short walk to some great restaurants and shops and when you've done everything you want to do in Frisco you are just a short drive away from Breck and even Vail. Some of our favorite activities were the Vail Pass bike tour (15 mile bike ride from Vail to Frisco - all downhill!) and the Vail farmers' market (great people watching). The condo was bigger than we needed but, with summer rates being only slightly more than a nice hotel room, it was a great value. The unit is nicely decorated and well furnished with mostly new and very comfortable furnishings (the only exception being a master bedroom mattress that was slightly too soft for my taste). We were pleasantly surprised by how well the condo was equipped. We found everything we needed for our week's stay including some small, but very thoughtful, touches such as a supply of spare batteries. All-in-all it was a super comfortable condo in the heart of a super comfortable little town surrounded by plenty of interesting things to do. Along with the Farmers' Market and the Vail Pass Bike Tour we also saw a professional theater presentation in Silverthorn and a Concert in the Park in Frisco. Great week!

Fantastic Mountain Condo
My friends and I stayed at this place for two nights. We found the condo to be extremely well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies (very important for us) and very spacious. The large window in the main room provides an incredible view of the mountain (one of the many!) near town. The woman I spoke with on the phone when we ran into a problem at the beginning was very kind and understanding and helped us out immediately. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful location, run down unit
The condo appeared very refreshed and updated in the photos on the rental site, but when entering the unit, it was completely run down and everything, including the carpet, needs replacement; we felt the unit was very misrepresented. The furniture was very dated and sagging and the beds were bad. The beds in the upstairs bedroom were accompanied by bedding that was short and ill fitting and not adequate. When we entered, the oven was raging and temperture in the unit was exceedingly hot, but a manager did come and help us. We rented the unit for one price, but ended up being charged other fees and thus, we are through using VRBO-HomeAway. Ours was a very disappointing experience.

Great Stay
We enjoyed the stay. I thought that the rental property was very comfortable and accommodating. I would recommend it to anybody and will seek out this property if we decide to visit again. Thanks!!

Great fourth of July stay
This was our second year here for the Forth and as others have said the unit is comfortable and has everything you might need. The walk up two flights of stairs can be difficult if your hauling groceries or have elderly. The walk into town is so close and easy and in the Summer most people walk or ride bikes everywhere. Although the view from the main level is gorgeous, the condo is aging and needs a face lift. Doors slide off hinges, bathrooms and fixtures look old and dingy. The wii remotes do not work and the movie selection is pretty sad (which mattered to us because the cable went out) The beds did not have mattress pads and we all thought that was pretty disgusting. With a little effort from the owner this could of been a perfect experience.
2.0 / 5.0
Good views, bad beds.
The master king size bed was reasonably comfortable since it had a thick pad on it. There are no curtains on the windows however so if you like it dark when you sleep, you are out of luck, especially since the neighboring house leaves their porch light on all night. Beds in the other rooms (loft and second bedroom) were worn out and provided only marginal comfort for sleeping. If you are exhausted from the days activities, you will probably sleep OK. Otherwise, it could take awhile to get comfortable enough to sleep. If you like or need extra blankets, there are only two to be found on the property. Stairs up to the property and to the upper level the unit are a bit steep so be prepared to lug your belonging up two full fights. Be careful with the staircase railing in the unit as well, it is not the sturdiest one to lean, especially if you are lugging a bag upstairs to the loft or 2nd bedroom. Kitchen was well supplied but the stove is quite old and dated. It does work though so no problem there. A few more oven mitts would be helpful. Great views of Mount Royal if that is important to you. TV and A/V entertainment was fine. There is a gas grill on the deck off the living area and it works fine, although it is a bit old and worn. The leasing agency had no idea it was there. You will pay a princely fee for cleaning services, and I am not sure why. Upon our occupancy, I would say that the cleanliness of the unit rated a 5 on a 1 to 10 scale. There is so much lint piled up next to the washer dryer that it is likely that area hasn't been cleaned in years. The Jacuzzi in the Master Bathroom was broken (no telling how long and not revealed prior to rental). Overall, not the best rental I have had in Frisco.

Disappointed
This property is located up 4 flights of outside stairs which is not mentioned in any description of the property. While the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the furnishing are a bit shabby. The living room sofas are uncomfortable and lighting is poor. The photos in the advertisements do not look anything like the property. The location is convenient to town. The property is large if you had a big group.
