Hospedagem não oferece o que vende

Localização muito boa

Não há café da manhã e nem restaurante no local, contrariando a sua apresentação . Existe sim o MR hotel, ao lado, que atende apenas os seus hóspedes. Há na entrada lateral do prédio, sem nenhuma sinalização, apenas 2 porteiros que pouco sabem ou informam e nada resolvem. Durante nossa estadia não foi feita a arrumação do quarto.

Localização. Fácil de acessar.

Ar condicionado muito barulhento, muito mesmo. Era necessário desligar para poder dormir. No chuveiro, (box) as cortinas não faziam contenção da água, que inundava o banheiro.

Excelente ubicación, relación calidad-precio en Providencia.

Ubicación inmejorable en el distrito de Providencia. El aseo del espacio y las camas fue excelente, junto a la comodidad de las camas. Cocina perfecta para el espacio, con algunos implementos básicos.

El WiFi no se pudo conectar nunca, y el Smart TV dependía del internet, entonces no se utilizó mucho, salvo 2 canales que se podían ver, ya que el resto de canales eran demasiado lluviosos.

Don't book this hotel. It's an apartment in a condominio. The bathroom is dirty.

Only the location

Well, nothing was good there. The owner of the apartment said that he contacted me through WhatsApp for confirmation and since I didn't answered he rented to a another person. I explained that I've got the conformation on booking but he needed confirmation trough WhatsApp. It was a drama and we were a family of 5 and at the end he solved it and gave us a room after a couple of hours. The room was having a terrible bed falling apart and very dirty and used. In our stay one fot of the bed break. The bedsheet were clean though when you reached. The bathroom was dirty and having a lot of fungus on the bathtub and the sink. I asked him to clean it again and they did but the damage in the bathroom is old and difficult to remove. The towels were smelling like dirt and they are very old. The air-conditioner doesn't work and the room is so hot. It's a very old one room apartment in a condominio. They didn't offer shower gel and only one toilet papper.

es una estafa literal

es estafa, me cobro por antcipado, al llegar al lugar nunca contesto telefono y no habia recepcionista ni nadie a quien preguntar, me llamo varias veces presionandome para que le pagara, una vez que deposite no me llamo mas y no volvio a contestar el telefono. No ocupe el lugar.

Muy buena recepcion del anfitrión, mantiene comunicacion permanente para resolver dudas y coordinar detalles. Las instalaciones son buenas, permiten una buena estadía. Cercano a centros medicos, restaurant y tiendas. Estacionamiento en el mismo edificio lo que da mas tranquilidad.

Excelente ubicación. El anfitrión atento y disponible.

Faltaban algunas cosas básicas como plancha de ropa y secador de pelo, las toallas no eran de muy buena calidad, en el baño nos dejaron un papel higiénico (para 2 días y 5 personas). Considerarlo si van a quedarse allí.

great safe location, perfect for sightseeing, and food/drink. clean but outdated kitchenette/bath.

the location in this area is very safe, nice and easy to walk around. public transportation close. the apartment was adequate space, 1 large room, the kitchenette and bathroom were dated but all was clean and functional. comfortable beds. storage good. enjoyed the large windows and breeze for warm nights. reception friendly. wifi excellent. very friendly, welcoming host and very flexible. muchas gracias!

Calm and functional place to stay in the Providencia area. Excellent service and facilities.

Excellent location in a calm, spacious and clean place. All the kitchen and wifi functions worked just perfectly. A good deal if you are staying at the Providencia area in Santiago de Chile. Strongly recommend it!

Nothing deserved to be not appreciated. I really had an awesome stay.
