Very beautiful complex with an amazing swimming pool and a nice breakfast.
Although we booked a triple room we actually were allocated in a double bed with a small single bed in the corridor (suitable for a child) - in addition: above the entrance door there was a window with a light from the patio lightning the bed in the corridor for half the night.

I've been to this place twice, the first time was an absolute dream (numero 6) and the second time was a nightmare (numero 11) and couldn't sleep. The first time we were staying the junior suite that is the most gorgeous room, the second time we had a standard double by the pool (that wasn't really advertised well on booking) that looked like a bathroom.
The light pointed at the bed until I fell asleep. The randomness of being in a room ( number 11) that looks like a bathroom by the pool. The impossibility to sleep with a light pointed at your face and no blinders. Adding the picture. Please ask not to go in room 11, the price for a discomfort like that should be a hostel price.

Quiet.
Well kept grounds and swimming pool
Quality restaurant on site
Comfortable and clean room
Good location for bus stops and supermarket
More cupboard or storage space in the room would help
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated

- LOVED the restaurant staff: very kind, welcoming, patient (kudos to Emilio in particular!)
- nice artistic and comfortable bedroom, felt authentic
- location is a big advantage, close to the main roads and the Timanfaya national park
- great views from the windows directly on the Timanfaya park
- I appreciated having there both a restaurant and a bar for the happy hour
- possibility to do a smooth self check-in
- noise passes from bedroom to bedroom so I could hear my neighbors conversations, their baby crying, etc
- It would be great to have a fridge and/or a water boiler in the bedroom
Overall I had a great time though and would definitely return

All staff were wonderful to talk to. The location is great and the bed is extraordinary.
Not the Casona's fault but because of the humidity, at night the room was a bit cold but a warm shower fixed it.

Location is beautiful, ideal for sightseeing and good parking on quiet street. The receptionist gave helpful advice for a road trip and staff in restaurant were very friendly.
I booked 3 nights in the old part of the building. The hotel is opposite a valley land has interesting and quirky decoration in what was presumably an old farmhouse.
Unfortunately I was unable to sleep properly due to noises from the room upstairs and from the kitchen. I also had to leave the door ajar at night as there was no window in the bedroom (there is no air con). I didn’t mind this but probably not ideal for everyone. I suppose it’s a downside of a characterful old building but please be aware if you’re a light sleeper.
Some of the bedding could have smelled cleaner and likewise the outdoor furniture seemed a bit soiled. It’s a small thing maybe but I have hosted volunteers at my old farmhouse and I think it’s an important aspect.
I had dinner on my last night only, and though I enjoyed the wine and atmosphere, I found the food a bit disappointing. Maybe I chose badly as I had to give up on the main. Prices were quite high, especially when compared to places nearby. The staff in the restaurant were really great.
Overall I had a great holiday thanks to the location and weather. I hope the feedback is useful as with some modernisation and a few improvements to facilities(eg espresso available in the morning) the stay could have been much more enjoyable .

It was a gorgeous room! Beautiful big bed that was comfy. I loved the balcony area. The swimming pool was amazing! The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic so much that I went every night I stayed there. The food was incredible. The owner was friendly and helpful. It's only a 5 minute walk to the centre so close to facilities. Plenty of parking spaces alongside the hotel. Beautiful location.
No AC in the room so it was uncomfortably hot

Cleanliness of the facility, friendly host.
No air conditioner.

Beautiful property, we also loved the pool. Breakfast was good. We also really recommend the hotel's restaurant, the dinner we had there was just delicious, and the lady working there was really helpful and made our evening very enjoyable.
The toilet 'mirror' is actually a window, it's not noticeable when you arrive at night, we felt like other guests might have been able to look into our room without us noticing, consider putting up a sign.
Not many restaurants in the area, and the ones around close early for Spanish standards!

beautifully clean with friendly, helpful staff. comfortable room, very peaceful hotel and location. lovely pool.
it would have been nice to know the restaurant was closed prior to booking. I had read good reviews about the restaurants so hoped to try it.

Quiet, modern room with balcony looking out across the countryside. Delicious breakfast in shady courtyard. Great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit.

Peace, silence, big shower, balcony, restaurant is very good.
Restaurant is expensive even though very nice and room was not vintage decorated as seen in pictures while booking. But overall the stay was perfect!

super stylish , well detailed, beautiful landscape. very clean

Yaiza is a perfect location for visiting the island if you have a car; the street is super quiet and the view is breathtaking!
The common spaces (terrazza, swimming pool, gardens) are super cute and typical. We booked the standard room with no balcony, but it was very spacious and super comfortable, with a nice view on the bouganville.
Breakfast is served on the terrazza/patio and is very good, with choices of fresh cheese, ham, fruit and bread.
We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and it' very nice, good food, maybe a bit pricey but it's worth it.
If I need to find a negative note, being the hotel made in wood, it's a bit noisy for who stays in the lower rooms because you can ear every steps fro above... but it's really a minor issue

The location and the hotel premises are unbelievable. It doesn’t get old to wake up everyday and look at the amazing views from the house.
There’s a lot to improve in the breakfast area. Also there were a lot of noises from the room upstairs that woke us up very early in the morning I guess it was while doing the daily housekeeping.

really quaint and pretty. a world away from the touristy resorts lanzarote is famous for.
gorgeous on-site restaurant with amazing food.
our room was cramped and cold. given it was unseasonably cold at night we were frozen every morning and evening. difficult to remedy as it’s an old building.
also reception was unmanned and no one answers the contact number we were given. as the property is quite isolated you need staff to assist with queries regularly.
breakfast was very basic. could definitely be improved.

the food service and the room
the bed was to small for a big room

Nice breakfast, excellent restaurant (you have to book in advance via internet), good location to reach every place in Lanzarote. Very friendly hosts in the restaurant. Very interesting decoration and paintings in rooms and in the restaurant.

Breakfast was ok
Wi-Fi was good
No fridge
No facility to make drinks in your room
No water provided on arrival
4.1
The view from our room was beautiful. The breakfasts were generous. Gluten-free options were available. It was very nice to be in a small hotel in a small town, and it was in a good location for walking. Internet was good.
The restaurant was fine for a couple of evenings but there was not enough choice for any more than that. There was no fridge in the room.
