Great Value for Money

It has a great location! Communication was really easy, friendly prompt response for all of our questions! Arriving at 10pm and leaving and 6am was not a problem at all. It wasn`t loud, AC worked fine, you can chill and cook and we even got baby supplies (high chair and cot) for no extra fee. They even asked if we need any cleaning or new towels etc. even though we only stayed for a few days. It is great value for money!

Don`t expect anything luxurious, it is simple and clean 5 mins from the beach and for great price and friendly service!

Lowcost apartment with perfect location

Locations is perfect. It's very close to the local pubs and restaurants. Also, beach is literally 5 minutes walk. Lady at reception was very kind and give us suggestion for perfect restaurant.

View from balcony was not so fancy. Furniture could be replaced by new, but it's not critical. We had only one adapter for EU electricity plugs.

Over all was ok

Was 1 minute walk from finikoudes,the receptionist was very friendly,the apartment was very spacious and it was pet friendly!😊

The bed was very small for 2 people and the bathroom was small,especially the shower cabinet

incredible uncozy place! i was happy to leave it. never again

Very good

It has all you need - a comfortable bed, cupboard and a kitchen to cook your meal. If you do not have big expectations you will be satisfied. Very nice and communicative host. We were allowed to check in much earlier as previous guests left earlier and room was already cleaned. If you need baggage storage - they have it. Very close to bus stop to the airport and to the sea which is a great advantage. There is a lift in the building. Every second day you get new towels and there is a general cleaning. There were European adapters available in the room.

shower doors not closing. Cheap equipment. However, overall experience is very good.

The stay was adequate for a short trip but not for any longer than a day or two

Very helpful and accommodating staff.

The property was very basic and tiered and the tv was far too small and in the wrong location for viewing.

Exceptional

Our apartment was nice, clean and close to shops and everything. The staff is very polite and very helpful, specially Anna, she helped us with everything, thanks again. I would recommend to stay here .

Great place, well-equipped, clean, quiet and close to Finikoudes

The host was very fast to react even though we booked last minute (10-15 minutes before we arrived at the place). The facilities were great, everything was clean, we had bed towels, well-equipped kitchen, 2 AC, a fridge and everything needed. The apartment is located in the most touristic area of the city, but at the same time it's very quiet. We also got help on how to reach the airport with public transportation. Overall, we had a great experience.

Location is great. Few steps to the beach. Shops, restaurants around. Good value for that money. No problems with hot water. Stuff helpful.

windows are hard to open. shower fan is loose with exposed wiring ( dangerous )

Great stay at Tiffany's

The location is very close to the beach. Vassily was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, rennovated and spacious.

The garbage truck comes every morning between 5 and 6 am, its very noisy and might wake u up.

I will never check in there again.

The appartement is good located.

The flat is cheaply furnished and was already very used and worn. The kitchen was extremely sparsely furnished, drawers were defective and the toaster was extremely dirty. I didn't use the kitchen once and always went out to eat instead. The living room is really uncomfortably furnished, there was a TV but it was so small that you couldn't see anything from the worn couch. But the worst thing was that the windows are absolutely not soundproof. I had the feeling that I was right next to a busy street, even though I had a flat on the third floor. It was impossible to sleep, it was only possible with headphones and music. I even considered changing flats. I did not meet any representatives of the apartment complex neither at check-in nor at check-out, only a cleaner was here once to change the bed linen and towels. There would have been much better housing options in the surrounding area at the same or lower price. I had expected much more from the pictures on Booking and was shocked when I entered the flat.

Very nice stay, 4 minutes walking distance to the sea

The apartment was renovated and was looking very good. The young guy at the reception was extremely kind, polite and helpful. They even offered me a free room upgrade. Wi-Fi connection was very good and stable.

No oil, salt or paper towels ready for cooking, but I suppose it was due to Corona regulations. Tap water is not drinkable, but this is a general issue in Larnaca. TV had less than 10 channels, all in Greek.
