Parfait

Kathleen est très accueillante, disponible a tout moment et au petit soin c est très agréable Elle est hyper organisée et de très bons conseils La chambre est spacieuse et vraiment très propre Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place

Kathleen était très accueillante et disponible. La résidence était très calme. Jed, le chauffeur du tricycle était adorable et disponible. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Amazing Stay & Amazing Host

We had an amazing stay at Kats place. She was very warm welcoming us and gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to see. It’s really a nice Homestay with huge, comfortable rooms

Great vibe at Kathleens place!

Kathleen is an amazing host! She provided scooter rental and also gave me very useful tips for travelling around island. The place has a great vibe of people, 100% recommend for solo travellers! It is not located in the centre so it is pretty quiet which is nice bonus.

Good value for money. I would stay here again and can recommend!

Kathleen is a nice host, always there to answer any questions. Good bed and communication.

Minor thing: Wifi didn’t work in room (because of recent typhoon). WiFi works at main place.

Kathleen's Place Vacation Place you could relax.

We did not pick breakfast, but owners were like old friends, talked about family & life's experiences. We arrived much earlier for check in just wanted to leave bags for kawasan falls, they were welcoming and accommodating to let us in the room to sort out things till we are able to go out for the white sand instead in the afternoon.

Everything was good experience, thankful for bit of late checkout.

Soo clean and tidy! Very secured and peaceful place to stay.

Place is soooo clean and quiet. The owner Ms. Kathleen is very welcoming and approachable. She even waited us to arrive as we did late check-in. We definitely felt at home. We booked the place for 2 nights and we didn't encounter any issues at all. The place is secured and gated. Worth the price, rate is very affordable by the way.

Signal is not that good. No TV as well. Not sure if they have wifi but would have been better if there is so that other guest who plan to wfh can do so. But if you just need a place to relax and sleep after every tiring yet fulfilling activities in south cebu, this place is highly recommendable.

Really nice stay !

- Kathleen was very very nice and gave us lots of information for our next stop in the country - rooms were big and clean - the garden is cute - really easy to rent a scooter with her

Can be fare away from the nice places in the city center (~15/20 min) but with scooter is totally fine

Peaceful place to unwind and relax in Moalboal

Kathleen was an amazing host. helped us rent a motorbike (which i would highly recommend if staying out of town, saved money from taking tricycles everywhere) she was always willing to help us with booking tours. the place is so peaceful away from the main part of town. Room was spacious and while you can get wifi much in the room, it’s lovely sitting by the main area where the wifi is and enjoying the ambiance

The owner is really nice and accommodating. She gave us lot of tips for our stay. If we come back in Moalboal we'll definitely stay there again!

Superb

Kathleen is a very very nice person, she answered all our questions and helped us with a scooter. The house has a gourgeous garden and the room is big. A great value for money.

A little bit far from the center but this is how we like it, if you want privacy and a good value for money it is a plus.

Just lovely!

We love the big bed and the spacious room. We have a garden in front. The place is some km away from the town which is good to escape from the noise of the main town and Panagsama. The owners are very accommodating and friendly too.

Well the only thing here is the wifi connection in the room. Since I am working online, internet is a must for me. They don't have that in their rooms. You need to go to their main house (which is within the compound anyway) to get connected to wifi. But if you go on a holiday and trying to get away from emails and stuff, this place is just perfect for you.

Exceptional

Very nice place, clean and well equipped. Kat the owner helped us a lot with travel plans and day trips. We booked the canyoneering tour through her as well and had a great experience. She also rents out scooters to her guests at a very fair price.

There is barely any service and there is only wifi on her porch and not in the rooms themselves.

Exceptional accommodation

We booked for 1 night but extended stay for a further week. The facilities were perfect for us. It’s private and very quiet but easy to find from the main road. Would suggest a scooter/transport to make life easier. The garden room was well equipped and bathroom is new. Kathleen the host is extremely helpful - would absolutely recommend a stay here.

A very lovely place with a great host !

Kathleen is a very nice person, very helpfull with every question we had. She told us where to go, what to do and how to get there. The accomodation was also very clean had A/C and everything you could ask for. Thank you Kath !! <3

The wifi connection is not the best if you ask me, especially if you work online its a bit of a challenge but Kathleen offered us to sit on her porch so we could get the best connection possible. I think a couple of range extendes could fix this issue easily.
