Absolutely horrible I would NEVER stay here again

Ripped curtains, rusty sink, tiny shower, dirty carpet, banging at night, sketchy people in the hallway, absolutely no selection for breakfast I didn’t even eat anything

Not pleasant

Staff was polite

The rooms werent as nice as expected, the sink in the washroom had a problem, the breakfast place was messy and crowded, we couldnt even get seats.

Not happy

The staff was friendly.

For a king-size room, it was very small. No hot water and shower pressure was none. I couldn't take a shower. There was a loud humming noise constantly. The bed and pillows where uncomfortable. The tub was covered in black hair. Worst room we have ever stayed in.

We didn’t stay

Nothing we never ended up staying we went to a different hotel because it was so horrid and it smelled like someone smoked ten packs of cigarettes in the room right before we got there

Its a scam

Its a scam very old property too dirty, linen with stains no staff help… Pictures of the property are a lie its nothing like it… worst were the lobby areas

Disappointing

The room was small. The toilet didn't work when we arrived maintenance had to fix it twice. The water in the pool was really murky and had a whole lot of dirt settled at the bottom of the pool u could clearly see. Wee didn't use the pool. Just the waterside which has its own little pool to drop I to.. our room wasn't that clean the chair was so disgusting there was no way any of us was sitting in it.. seriously it should have been thrown out a long time ago. Walls had greasy hand prints on them . One couple found a chocroach on the wall in there room.. we didn't find any bugs we looked.. Continental breakfast wasn't good at all.. no selection and really crowded.. we left and went and bought breakfast instead somewhere else. Very clear that they have many residents that are just living in the hotel and use the front doors and entry area as a hang out. We won't be staying here again..

Pool and gyms are provided which is a plus. Breakfast could be better, more fresh items.

The breakfast line was too long. Small room, which makes it hard to move around when it's full of people.

it was just ok and served the short purpose, i was mainly on the road

my daughter loved the water slide and the places i went it was near to the hotel.

i didnt like the bathroom especially the toilet seat it was damaged. it need to be changed

Ecellent!

The breakfast was ok. There is a waffle maker, but everything else is cold. I read in other reveiws about the sketchy people who hang around, and there is people who hang around. But we said hi to them and they were quite friendly!

The hotel was great and the kids loved it. I booked through booking a family room and one extra room. We did not get a family room at all! I am not sure if they even have family rooms, I didn't complain because i didn't book through the hotel.

Dissapointing

Close to restaurants and stores

The air conditioner didn't work so it was 78 in our room.I asked the front desk for more towels for the pool she said she would contact someone and have some brought to the pool . They never arrived so we had to walk to our room soaking wet

A lot of conflict going on at the entrance and front desk.

Swimming pool and hot tub. Proximity to the mall.

Miscommunication that led to me having to pay extra money because either the staff I spoke to doesn’t understand English or they just lie to get people in!

We stayed here one short night after a 5 hour drive and had a good sleep and had a blast in the water park.

I really enjoy the location of the property , the hot tub and water slide and comfortable bed.

It didn’t feel totally clean.

Booked queen room got to hotel 11:30pm couldn’t get room til 12:30amthey didn’t queen room 2 beds gave us king room and pull out soafa. Didn’t want to stay the second night but they staff said they would give 2nd night free on check out I paid for 2 nights as they said they don’t know what night staff told us the room was discusting dirty horrible

Not worth the money

The beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning hardly worked. The room was small humid and stuffy. The cleaning was not great. The staff at the attached restaurant were incredibly rude, the staff at the hotel were very short, not friendly and not approachable. The photos on Booking.com were not current, there was no outdoor furniture. They allow pets, which is great for lots of people, but I wish it was advertised, as myself and my kids are allergic so we were sick the whole time we were there. The pool was ok, just old, dirty and run down like the whole hotel. It's really in need of an update and update the photos so they're accurate as well. The photos were basically false advertising. For what we got, the stay was well overpriced.

Disappointing

The Mattress had a huge dip in it. I slept in a hole. If you're using memory foam mattresses, I think the memory is too long... It remembered the big guy that used it before me. You should change the mattress.

There were crack heads hanging out in the main lobby while trying to check into the hotel. Not a very nice feeling when they're passing out in the chairs. There was also 2 junkies outside hanging out by the ashtray. Super uneasy and dirty
