The location is ideal. The breakfast selection is good.
The pool was cold, there were no luggage racks, no dressers only 1 drawer, lack of consistency with housekeeping, and often had no face cloths, and no makeup remover wipes. Had to request a shower cap, more hangers, and sewing kit. Sadly, it's a supply-on-request location. Value is poor for the price. Charged too much for the quality of this hotel.

Confusion at front desk booking second night stay
Bar service was terrible, bar was a mess with food left on bar, not cleaned up while bartender talked but couldn’t be bothered with other customers

Completely disappointing:
I arrived at 11:00 PM in the day of chck in and I found my room has two queen beds instead of one, I asked the cribs for my little sons they rejected because of their safty they could not put 2 cribs in my room, I asked to change my room (original reserved was one queen bed), again they rejected because there was no left room with one queen bed, again I asked them to do somthing because it was stessfull to sleep 2y and 3y old kids on the bed, they didnt do anything and I was really upset and tired at 12 AM, it was my 4th hotel in that trip and most expensive one, I don't know how can I claim this useless hotel.

The staff is very nice and processional . The location is good
For the price that I paid and this is a Marriott chain. I do have much more expectation than this. This property needs EXTREME upgrade on everything... Lobby, Room, corridor, elevator... etc. It is very outdated.. like I walked into a hotel from the 90's .

The breakfast was great however I booked for two children and 1 adult and only got 2 adult voucher. I wished I knew this before.
It was extremely expensive. Other guests were partying in the hall outside my door until midnight. Kids were screaming and yelling and the pool was overcrowded. There were no fresh towels in the pool area, the bathroom was jot very clean. The food was exceptional and servers were wonderful. The room was underwhelming especially the bathroom. I couldn't get the shower on fully because the nob was sticky amd there was no shampoo or body wash left.

The staff and management were excellent. I had a happy and comfortable stay. Two things that didn't match expectations were a pool renovation that was not stated at time of booking (was really looking forward to that) and an airport shuttle that was not running or didn't exist. Not deal breakers, but the information wasn't congruent.

Very nice check in staff. Very polite and courteous .
The room was not serviced on Monday. The room was grossly overpriced. The restaurant was a ver sterile and uninteresting. Hard to believe they didn’t have an airport shuttle.
