Breakfast was lovely, and with a ground floor room with door opening into the sun in the morning it was lovely. Very convenient walk to centre of town and easy parking.
All good.

Very clean, walkable to everything in Charlottetown, comfortable
Pretty expensive for this type of accommodation; breakfast was very sad-looking with few options in a dark room, so I went elsewhere
4.0
it was clean and the staff were friendly
staff did not seem to follow through on requests or understand some of their practices ( gift cards) the shower unit was loose from wall

Hotel location was great, only one block away from Queen Street. Room was more than adequate and very clean. Hotel staff were great. Nice change to park car and be very close to the room.
Not much soundproofing from above room...could hear loud footsteps through the night. Fitness centre was a bit more modest than I'd have liked.

Was a cute little room
The creepy ally way as my room view :/ and sausages for breakfast not the best and the egg with green things not appealing :/

The rooms are warm and comfortable

Great location in downtown Charlottetown
Weird cross between hotel and motel. Had a room with direct access to parking lot. convenient for arrival and departure, but comes with security concerns.

Your staff were outstanding.
Nice updates to the room; especially the bed and best pillows.
The curtains let a significant amount of light in at the top and bottom; and when the room’s large window faces the parking lot there is a lot of light coming into room.

The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.
It was all good

Very accommodating staff. Nice breakfast and great location
It was a bit noisy

Super clean, great staff with a good morning breakfast available.
Everything was great, nothing I could complain about

I liked the location
Apparently teenagers use this place for parties: We couldn't sleep all night. There was a party just above us, with music, noise, guests shouting, laughing and throwing glass bottles on the ground, which landed just outside our back door. We were with children who also couldn't sleep. At the beginning we didn't want to be that "Karen" and just suffered quietly, but after the first glass bottle landed we had to call the lobby in the middle of the night... However it didn't really help: I think someone approached them, (there was kind of a pause), but then everything resumed.
We did receive $40 "discount" after we complained the next morning..

Location is excellent and so is the parking. The breakfast was a disappointment. No clean tables available and I had to ask if a table could be cleaned. There was only one staff member and she seemed very disinterested in her job. We asked if more hot food was available because there was none left. We were early for breakfast.
Disappointed that my request for rooms to be close together was not arranged. This booking was made months in advance. No elevator and no assistance with baggage.

Hotel was in a great location, within walking of restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Parking on site was a nice addition, plus grabbing coffee before starting the day.
Wish there were additional outside sitting locations.

the bikes were really enjoyable.
this is a motel, not a hotel. The neighbours next door are loud. breakfast was very upsetting.

We went down for breakfast at the same time a bus tour was finishing their breakfast. There was not a lot of items left, I don’t know if they were replenished.

location is good
there are some noise at night and day time

-Social evening for a complimentary wine or beer and an opportunity to meet other guests
-$10 coupon for use at a number of Murphy owned restaurants for opting to “go green”
Our room was the first room in the “Conference Center” section. Every time someone entered or exited through the main door it sounded like someone was coming into our room.

great location
great, friendly staff
small rooms, and on the ground floor we heard so much noise from upstairs, we were very unhappy about that and it ruined our time at the hotel.

Breakfast was good.
No enough tables to sit at.

Breakfast could be better, but was a normal continental
No elevator, no one ro help with bringing luggage up to the 2nd floor

The hotel is just ok, not worth for their price.

We loved how beautifully maintained the property was. The room and washroom was just perfect and plenty of space in the closet for our jackets and luggages.
My most favorite aspect of it all was definitely how kind the staff were. From greeting us everytime we walked by - Answering any and all questions we had about PEI - to just engaging with us in general, we just loved them. The breakfast was also pretty good - great selection of food options for all your dietary needs.
Overally - this is an absolute gem of a stay in Charlottetown and we highly recommend it to everyone who visits! 🤍
