Beautiful inn with very pleasant staff. We stayed in The Annex so we weren’t often in the main building. But we were very comfortable in our room, and still popped into the main inn to enjoy the character.
We felt a little separated from the main inn, but we were still happy and very comfortable in our room.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and king bed was comfortable. Although room was at the end of hallway adjacent to the street, it was very quiet. Wifi strength was good. Large screen tv. Breakfast bag was sufficient. Lots of on-site parking available.
Room was on 2nd floor with access by stairs only. No elevator available if guests have mobility issues or transporting luggage.

Beautiful old home, excellent service, helpful friendly staff.
Our room was on the third floor and it was too warm in the evening. We are used too keeping our room cooler. Opening the window and running the fan helped. Breakfast was muffin, fruit and yogurt in a sack.

It was nice to sit on the deck for breakfast. The location was great. Tanya and Ian were both friendly and helpful and Tanya gave us a funny story to tell.

Friendly staff, loved the character of the home/room. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite!
The restaurant was closed due to Covid/staffing issues. We heard it was very good when it was operational. Hot coffee, juice, yogurt and fruit were adequate.

Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a sitting area. The staff was very friendly. Location was great for side trips and for exploring Charlottetown.
House keeping was limited to 1 day and we were there for 5 nights. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible. I wasn't expecting to get breakfast so it was a nice surprise. The muffins could have been better. Shame that breakfast wasn't served in the lounge. Such a beautiful building being underutilized. This place could be spectacular.

Location is great. The old style building is well maintained and classic. I have stayed here on several occasions and would return.
..In previous visits there was a restaurant on site that offered great breakfast and dinner options. Unfortunately it has not reopened after covid.

Good continental breakfast, complementary!
Room was too hot, but at least the window opened

The breakfast was probably the only thing I didn’t like about our stay. It was a packed breakfast - muffin, piece of fruit, granola bar and juice. Perhaps it was because we are still in a pandemic so they didn’t want to risk having people sit inside. Otherwise we really enjoyed staying there.
The bagged breakfast but we were there during the pandemic.

Great location for lots of walking, Old charm decor with historic touch. Jacuzzi to relax in. Central location to restaurants.
Room was stuffy when we arrived and at times during our stay. Restaurant was closed due to COVID.

Perfect location: walking distance to the centre and just far enough from the busiest streets so that it feels quiet and cozy.
Uniquely looking historical building.
Friendly staff.
Nice bar on the terrace.
WiFi could be better.

My husband and I travel often for work so we thought it would be nice to stay at a charming old inn for a change. Unfortunately we were put in a new building next door with very standard rooms. It was fine, the bed was comfortable, location was good, free parking, but no charm! (Perhaps because we requested a king bed)

The building is beautiful, the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms in the annex are huge and so comfortable, love this Inn… Walking distance to great restaurants and the sights.. Will stay again..

We were given an upgrade which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the level of cleanliness was excellent.
Due to Covid-19, no breakfast was available. However, the hotel did provide a list of breakfast restaurants in the area.

Disappointed there was no breakfast, COVID had nothing to do with this
Ample space for some sort of meal

I liked the proximity to everything in Charlottetown. We were able to walk everywhere. The Covid 19 policies they have in place were comforting and reassuring and we felt safe. The location was central to the beaches and other other places we visited.
I had heard that their breakfast was fabulous. So, I was disappointed that there was no breakfast available. But I cannot hold that against the Dundee Arms during these Covid 19 times. We were provided with a list of nearby places where we could get breakfast. Everyone was welcoming and friendly but I missed the closer contact that one would normally have had with staff were it not for the pandemic.
