Nice hotel and staff, simple continental breakfast was convenient

Convenient location, parking and size of beds/room

The room had a strong fragrance irritating to sinuses and throat; even with the window open overnight it was still an issue. Ice machine didn’t work.

Ok hotel with not ok prices

Comfortable beds

The price was expensive and all other hotels gave a discount for people who were evacuated due to the Tantallon wild fires except this one. I felt no compassion because of this and that why I only stayed two days and went elsewhere.

Very comfortable and very proud to work with this hotel.

The staff at this hotel is amazing and we recommend this hotel to everyone we work with .Jermy was is very friendly and the rest of the staff and managers were very flexible with the payment due to unfortunate circumstances we were not able to pay for two days and they let the company go until payment was made two days later .Thank you everyone.

the staff and price was good

couldn’t change the room temperature so we cremated all night, there was a line going down the tv, a plug hanging out of the wall, one of the plugs didn’t work, the phones number were sticky and the sheets and towels had stains on them

The hot water pipe Heat which bangs all through the walls all night long every 15 minutes clunking and banging very annoying couldn't sleep very well because of it

I didn’t stay there because the room didn’t smell so great .. To me it smelled musty in rooom.

you pay for what you get but it's not really that cheap after more research.

price is ok when comparing to others

difficult to find a electrical socket to charge my phone. no table for my computer, no coffee maker for a hot drink.

It was clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

Not enough parking. Very noisy. No hangers in the room. No iron. No coffee pot or coffee cups. Not enough towels. Beds weren't very comfortable.

Only the location. It was easily accessible.

We booked rooms upstairs we were given rooms downstairs.We booked non smoking rooms we were given rooms that smelt of cigarettes.it was so bad we left the window open. There was no wifi connection and when we complained they said we could come to the lobby if we had an emergency.When we sprayed the room and opened the window and the cigarette smell was still strong and the kids were uncomfortable we asked for a refund this was within the first 30 minutes or less and we were told no.We booked 3 rooms for 3 families- all with kids and we all had a nasty experience.I am never going back.We had to go out and intentionally spend a longer time so the rooms could air. But there was no improvement.The apple's and bananas at breakfast was also spoilt.

this is one of the worst place to stay in Halifax, base on our experienced, this is not a family friendly place especially if you have small kids travelling with you. Staff is not so considerate and helpful. the front desk mentioned that there is no manager during the weekend to talk to if you have some concerns. we ended up looking a new place to stay in on the same day as the room given to us was so untidy, smells like cigarette, no aircon, bed sheet comes with stains. i hope booking.com review this feedback and reconsider if they want to include this inn/hotel into their list. if booking.com wants to know the complete details of our experience, please contact me on my email/phone. thanks

safety window wont lock, cleanliness, hair dryer not working, the floor is dirty, the room smellls cigarettes smoke

Disappointing

.. Bed was comfortable. It was nice and clean

Heat was stuck on even though the thermostat on the wall was off. The thermostat itself was falling off the wall, only 1 screw was holding it in place. I asked for a new room and they begrudgingly gave me one.
