Its ok

Location for the hotel was good, front desk staff were friendly and very welcoming.

For the breakfast, the juice was not turned on as it needed to be cleaned, pancakes were not available for what ever reason. Fresh made cinnamon buns, I think were a total of 6 and that was all. the scrambled eggs were very watery and all of the sausages were over cooked. No bacon available. Pretty disappointing.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Elevator was having issues, though that was mentioned when we arrived and it was useable despite some issues with the door.

Only that the staff were friendly.

The hotel smelled horrible, my room smelled mildewy, there was dried mud splatterd on the wall, someone had slept in one of the queen beds because you could see the sheets were wrinkled and there was a perfect dent in the pillow where their head was, should of went to front desk and complained but it was late and my husband was exhausted from driving, will never stay there again and ridiculous price from a smelly old hotel.

Family stop over in Drayton

Comfortable rooms and fairly quiet. The lady at check in was lovely and very helpful when i asked for suggestions for dinner.

We were in an accessible room because my partner is disabled, and I'm always amazed that hotels think that putting hand rails in a bath tub makes it "accessible". Not this properties fault but just a general observation.

The Holiday Inn was clean, staff friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable, A/C was excellent.

The free breakfast was alright and appreciated. The food station was clean and sufficiently stock. The dining area was a nice format and we enjoyed being able to sit on those couches in the evening and visit with our friends (also staying at the hotel). The room air conditioning was great! during the hot, humid, stormy weather July 14-17. Loved the homemade cookies!

I used the housekeeping card once to make a request, which was fulfilled. I would have liked another replacement card. We had been at an outdoor conference for 3 days and because of the heat and rain, we used our towels a lot. (We were in and out of our room throughout the days and the toilet tissue (and Kleenex) ran out.)

Staff unprofessional. Called down to let them know our fridge wasn’t working. She didn’t offer any help except to check the reset button on the plug. No maintenance, no help.

I was very happy with the room and staff. I had a great sleep and was ready to tackle the work day.

staff were helpful and pleasant, the facility was clean and to me most importantly quiet.

Disappointing

The location was good. The room I ordered, standard room with twin beds, was not provided and I was given a Single queen/ king size bed with no price increase.

1. Upon arrival, nobody at front desk for 15 minutes. 2. Re Covid pandemic Precautions, signs posted for face masks but I was the only one wearing a face mask. I saw no employees or other guests wearing facemasks. 3. Work crews tracked mud all through the hotel and elevators but nobody was cleaning it up? 4. I was overcharged a $25 incidental fee without pre-warning until my credit card company alerted me.
