Disappointing

The breakfast was good.

First room had had no wifi or tv connection. 2nd room I had TV but no why wifi till I called down and she provided wifi it wasn't great. I was appalled by the housekeeping staff when she pretty well called me a lier, about having no service in the first room. She even had the audacity to say it see it does have it, with a picture on her cell phone. Will I stay there again never.

I stay in Super 8 in many places and I was disappointed in this one.

N/A for breakfast and the location was good for what I needed.

I have never been in any Super 8 that did not have house keeping come in to change towels and make the bed. The room could use an update- the carpet could use a shampooing, checking that the coffee pot works, and the holes in the curtains didn’t add any appeal for me.

Completely satisfied with the experience

Breakfast was great!! Brown paper bag with breakfast sandwich, apple, yogurt, and muffin ready every morning for me to take to work. Complemetary free pizza on Tuesday night after returning from work.

Everything was fine, no isssues

The name

Ants all over in the room Did not make the room up, I went ask asked, they said they couldn’t get into the room Next day when I went to check out and discuss the room, they said they only clean every 2 days because of Covid Would not give a discount Bagged terrible breakfast Would not recommend this hotel

There is no elevator, so makes getting everything to the room a tad harder.

Passable

This location didn’t have any cups or mugs in the room. Although it had a coffee maker....? Thankfully I had my water bottle. Otherwise the room was nice, very clean and the staff very friendly.

Other than the two things I mentioned, the room was comfortable and quiet.

The staff were very nice and accommodating

There was no hot breakfast even though other hotels were already providing this service. Also the room upon entry had a funny odour like old gym socks in the entrance that never went away. The tub also was rounded on the bottom with no foot anti slip. Taking a shower was a little treacherous.

Thankfully they were not busy as with my booking it through booking.com it did not come up on their system. Even with my confirmation number there was nothing. Not happy about that

Passable

The price for the suite was less than what I usually pay for a room. The staff also reduced our bill because of the pipes.

Unfortunately a pipe broke during our second night cutting our stay short.
