Bad experience, staff doesn't seem to know about booking.com

Book thru booking and they couldn't find my reservation. After 30 minute, they said that my reservation is only for 1 room but i showed them the confirmation and it clearly stated that 1 night and 2 rooms. We were there for the funeral service and running late from waiting to check in. They gave me second room and charged us for two rooms which I already prepaid in full with Booking.com. Very bad experience.

Passable

Parking was horrible, paid $20 each day and if you come back late there was barely any parking. Hotel needs updating, beds are too low. Breakfast should be free.

Probably wouldn't stay here again. We only booked here because Norwalk locations were full.

Location was handy to Interstate 95 and that's about it. But reaching the highway on our departure wasn't nearly as easy as we hoped or expected.

The room was surprisingly small, not just overall but also in terms of space to put things. We realize the vast majority of people staying here (a downtown office-dominated location) are probably solo business travelers who won't need space for 2 people's luggage, but in our case (2 people) it felt quite crowded. And the room price seemed quite high given that defect.

The concierge private room waitress is the best! I haven’t been there for six years and she remembered me!

It’s easy to get too.

I paid almost 2 1/2 times more being titanium member for life then my Business associate who is a Titanium member but preferred! $375 he was $175!

Really very good

I was slightly worried about the few negative reviews I had read,but was pleasantly surprised.The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean.The hotel itself inside is a bit old fashioned but no problem there.Parking was very easy in their car park.Easy to walk into town and restaurants.We had a meal at the Capital Grille which was very nice but expensive.

Couldn't find any fault with our one night stay

The hotel was fine and in a great location

Location was amazing! Parking was easy and the front desk was more than helpful. Loved the food at the onsite restaurant and everyone was super friendly! Also liked that they were open late for us late night snackers :)

Room was dingy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we got there. There was a dried up contact and a fingernail on the bathroom floor and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were basically coming out of the ceiling. The room was FINE but it was definitely not as updated as I thought it would have been especially having stayed at other Marriotts and the rooms were much nicer for a lesser price.

It was fine. Looks nice. Nice staff. But overpriced without perks.

Breakfast was good. I had to pay but I expected to. The place looks nice. The AC works.

The AC works but the comforter was heavy, so it was either too cold with the AC and no comforter or too hot with the comforter on. Unsecured WiFi is scary. Paying $15 per night for premium seems high when I'm already paying $250 for the room.

Shower was fine but the stall needs a larger door covering. Water from the shower went onto the floor outside the shower area.

I booked a double bed room for three people. I got a one-bed room, and when I spoke with the front desk receptionist, she was dismissive, rude and not helpful. I had to leave my family there, and I had to get a separate room at another place. So dissatisfied with this hotel.

Disappointing

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Howling air conditioning unit, every minute or so, sounded like a truck passing by. Extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. Everything is old, probably last updated in the 80's
