Nice hotel, with a small pool, very easy to walk into downtown. Parking available.
Parking charges of $20 per night.
Staff were efficient but it was difficult to get a smile out of them!

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. A very nice hotel.
Price is relative, and Stamford is expensive, but for us the price is too high to also charge $20 for parking and/or not include breakfast. For the cost, we expected those 'extras' to be included.

Breakfast was great, staff lovely. Clean and fresh everywhere
An ADA room should have a walk in shower not a bath in. Husband can’t get in a bath. No shower available at time of stay.

big bathroom and shower, consistent hot water w/ good pressure, clean, staff friendly & helpful,
the AC in my room was set to 58 and freezing cold when I walked in, so I raised it to 72 and set it to heat while I was in the shower. When I came out, it was 57 degrees in the room and the AC wasn't blowing any warm air. Kept trying but I got to hotel late and had to be up early so I just slept fully under the blankets for the few hours I had instead of trying to switch rooms. In the morning, when I told the staff about it, they said issue was known & it happens in some rooms, but there was nothing they could really do about it.

I was only there from about 9PM to 5Am but I had a great glass of Willamette Valley pinot Noir at the bar, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location right off 95 is great!
I was completely happy. Just wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel will be my new place to stay when I come to NYC for its value and convenience and comfort. So happy to discover it through Booking.com

The location was nice and the beds were comfortable enough.
No free breakfast. The breakfast we had to pay for was very basic( what would be a regular free breakfast), and not very delicious.Even coffee was not offered for free. No free parking($20/day). Every time you have to get out/in you have to use a special pass that sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Twice during our stay we were stuck behind a car with no working pass unable to exit the garage( second time we had to drive around!). Very inconvenient.

Extremely comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, friendly staff, convenient parking.
Not enough power outlets! One side of the bed had no power outlet available at all.

The facility was older, there were bugs in the bathroom and there was a cricket in the room chirping all night. Even if a facility is older, I would expect there not to be bugs in the bathroom or in the room.

The location was great, excellent for our needs.
Typical corporate hotel, decor and furnishings could use an upgrade

The people are nice. It's a few blocks from downtown, convenient enough to walk to restaurants and shopping.
This is a pretty aged property. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The carpet in the hallways has seen better days. An example, but not a huge deal is, the automatic front doors are so slow to open, you have to stop for just a moment to allow them to open up enough to walk through. The motor is straining like it's the last rep at the gym. There is nothing offensive, but just pretty old and in need of maintenance.

Nothing much and wouldn't stay there again
Dissapointed. The toilet didn't work, the ceiling was peeling off, the access to the pool was not working, hotel was not clean and there was no breakfast.

Beautiful spacious lobby with great seating area and full bar. Rooms were comfortable. Parking garage. Very friendly staff. Good size TV in room. Air purifier.
Breakfast had limited selections.
