Location
Very old inside the rooms, colour of the walls. When the maid came to make up the room they didn’t clean up the bathroom, not changing the bed sheets, not sweeping the floor. They only change the garbage bag and made up the bed

The front desk Nisha is very helpful with our requests. She always attends to our needs and is very friendly.
Walking distance to Cora’s Breakfast restaurant and Tim Hortons

Great location
Comfortable beds
Kitchen stocked ok. Everything worked
Very old decor
No signage or branding anywhere to indicate current name of property.
No furniture on balcony to sit outside.
No alarm clock in the room
Bumper strips on uneven floor near bathroom and kitchen. Huge fall hazard. I tripped several times.
Very very dark interior.
Construction directly across street not mentioned on website, extremely loud in a.m.

Good location
Not very clean. Specifically booked a room in the back to avoid the road noise, however, was put on the street side. Construction noise started across the street at 730am as well as an alarm in a neighboring room that was never shut off. Overall very unimpressed with customer service and communication.

The check in experience was very easy and friendly, and the facilities and room were great. Overall this was a great stay and we would surely recommend this place. The location was the best part as it was close to getting to Stanley Park (we rented bikes nearby) as well as a nice walk to the hot spots.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

The location was nice, downtown but far away from the chaos. Close to the water. The room had a kitchen which was handy & a balcony.
The bed was very comfortable. Parking on site was nice.
The heating didn’t work in our room, we had a container for ice but they didn’t have an ice machine which was disappointing. We were already late for our event at check in and staff asked us to wait 5 minutes while we had already waited 10-15 waiting for others to check in. A little pricey for what it is.

Overall experience for the property was poor, at absolute best. The property will actively attempt to sabotage any semblance of an enjoyable stay, furthermore, the staff are uninformed, and underprepared to help guests with any possible situation regardless of how common they may be. In short there is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.
At every possible turn, the hotel will attempt to overcharge or charge for ridiculous factors. If you are traveling for work definitely stay far, far away from this hotel. You would be better off paying to stay in a cardboard box. The staff are hostile, un-cooperative and overall SOPs are broken.

I liked the location
No parking and the receptionist really was bad. Had an attitude for no reason and wasn't much help when asked about parking

The hotel is well located on Robson street, the room is very large (it’s like a small apartment) and the structure (full kitchen) is practical. The front desk staff was helpful solving everything we needed (city tips, housekeeping problems and taxi booking) and to have a car rental in the hotel lobby is also very convenient.
Although everything in the room works, it’s an old building and the furniture and appliances are also dated, so the water pressure in the shower is low, the fridge is loud, you can hear the neighbors, etc. We also had some trouble with housekeeping, everyday when we got to the room there weren’t enough towels, toiletries, and in one specific day we came to the room with one bed made and the other one not made, no toilet paper and full trash cans.

Location was perfect.
The room was not clean and bathroom needed an immediate renovation. Too pricey for what it offered.

Location was great. Parking fee was surprising but possible I never read entire description. Would not pay more than $300 for my room (Robson view 9th floor). Staff were ok. Tried to upsell my room did not appreciate that. Morning staff did not speak very good English.
Grease stains on bedding, so I used the other bed. Didn’t use kitchen and was unaware that I could be charged extra for this.
Better English speaking staff. Make sure bedding doesn’t have grease stains. If there is extra charges (kitchen use, parking, etc) please make it very clear to customers. Signs all over kitchen.
Also a sign being told not to use the air conditioner or being charged if left on is not welcome.

We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't available. But we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room and that was good.
Our room was up quite a few stairs and it was difficult to get our cases up them.

We needed a place to stay last minute and were lucky to find this room! The room was the perfect size, had a full kitchen, was clean & the staff were great. The staff at checkin were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone we encountered had a smile & we will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Good location
Had to pay 10 times normal rate because of demand. We were on vacation and had to scramble due to our air bnb being canceled at last minute due to bed bugs. Had to request more towels and coffee 3 times

Location is unbeatable. Central, but not too busy. Book it if you're not fussy and don't want to spend a lot. Does the job if you'll be out exploring and just need a private bathroom and bed to crash.
You get what you pay for. Basic room, dated bathroom and appliances.

Great location and staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable.
Only elevator was small and very slow.
Limited number of electrical outlets for charging.
Somewhat dated, definitely no frills decor.

I made a reservation for a group of persons coming from different parts of the world. The hotel wouldn’t let my colleagues in before I arrived although the manager said they would. Impossible to discuss with them. Very frustrating.

No Hospitality . All about business.

The room is very complete and has everything for our comfort: a kitchen with all the necessary to cook and large beds. The hotel is also super well located.
I'm very sensitive to noise and then it was difficult to sleep well, as my room was directly on the street. Otherwise, there was a crazy client screaming and knocking loudly on a door at the higher level, which ruined my exprience at this hotel.
