El hotel está increíble. Las instalaciones de primera y muy bien cuidadas.
El personal es muy amable y todo es servicio en general fue bueno.
El área de la alberca estaba un poco sucia.

The property was nice, clean, and loved paradise spring.
The property doesn’t have anything fun to do for middle age adults without their kids after hours.

Very outdated furniture, not comfortable at all. Stains and dirty in the room. Lots of issues with the watermark, no communication, just over all not worth it. Husband and I both came home with food poisoning.

This was our first time staying at a Gaylord property. We found it to be quite comfortable with being able to have multiple dining options on the property.
The staff were incredibly courteous; with the exception of 2.

The breakfast was very good. The service was excellent.
Room cleanliness. Our first room had a very odd odor. And it took them over an hour to come up and see it. At that point we were so tired we waited till the next morning and had our room changed.

Family friendly. Lots to see and do in resort! Beautiful place
Somewhat over priced for food and restaurants in resort, long walk to self parking. Parking garage was having trouble with room cards working to exit the garage

First impressions: beautifil, colourful, highly decorated, lots of running water and plant-life, several bars and restaurants in a small space. Good check-in, wifi easy. Quality room and bathroom. Good variety of restaurants and bars, some very very good service and lovely food.
Reception not always polite, once was very dismissive.

Questionable hotel price for 2 days

Resort is Huge and Well Maintained
They clearly cater to Conventions and don’t focus as much on the family or leisure experience. We came with family for Spring Break and the Resort was mobbed with over a 100k of Convention people over 3-days we were there.

Beautiful!!
There are no communal microwaves on the floors. I think that would help people traveling with kids. Or maybe provide one upon request to the room.

It was very expensive the weekend we stayed. But it was the beginning of spring break.

Too big too expensive for a basic hotel room
And with that kind of money you get one ply toilet paper like you would at hotel 6

Truly enjoyed it. It was for my my wife and I 39th anniversary and love the privacy.

We liked that there were restaurants onsite. Gift shops were very nice.
Didn’t like paying $25 to “self park”. It also seemed liked we walked a mile to get to our room. Expected a bit more for the money. These large resorts just seem so beaten up due to the mass amount of people coming in and out.

Perfect for our annual Christmas trip
I loved everything

One stop
ICE was subpar: should have one-price-band for, after ice activities. Way too expensive for what was offered. Restaurant was average at best. Best seats were for to-go only. Offers “balcony” seating on uncomfortable, too small tables. Again, not worth half the price. Room? Blah blah. Gaylord has lost its luster. Just another money hungry tourist trap.

The property is absolutely stunning.
How overly crowded the hotel was. Specifically, the ICE event. We took our 2 young daughters, and could not even enjoy the experience after paying $800 for the hotel, and another $120 for the event. Total waste of money.

We liked the ample and spectacular display of Christmas decorations, piped music which transformed the Gaylord Texan Resort into a wonderland! The children-friendly themed events were lovely for the wee ones; and it was great to see generations of families flocked together to celebrate the holidays and engaged in the array of activities. We also enjoyed the spell-binding display of talent from Cirque du Soleil in the Glass Cactus Building. Thankfully, we had a room away from the atrium where the action was at its height so we were able to enjoy great rest and relaxation en suite!!
The proximity to Grapevine CIty was a bonus since it truly goes all out for Christmas! We spent lots of time admiring the different Christmas decor and enjoying the street concerts, outdoor skating, the sumptuous eateries and the North Pole Express! That was another highlight of our stay! For the shoppers, the Grapevine Mall has it all!
The property is also has a small walking track for quite walks and some scenery and water views for solitary moments!
The crowds could be a bit overwhelming and this put a strain on the limited restaurant capacity and food outlets. The wait for room service also made it not an appetizing option. Due to the time of year, reservations were in short supply, but we enjoyed exploring an array of options in Historic Grapevine City.
It would have made our stay more enjoyable to have had more live entertainment at night and planned activities on site for older patrons.
Water pressure in the shower was underwhelming...We were on the 8th floor!

Muchas personas, escaso servicio al huésped, terrible a la hora de tomar tus alimentos

The hotel was decorated beautifully. We had to cut our stay short due to an emergency in the family.
The shower. The water flow was bad. It barely worked it took 45 minutes to take a shower.
