Location was good

Check-in was chaotic. Rooms were not ready until the last minute. Room smelled of dampness/mildewew/mold? Water seemed to be collecting inside the bathtub wall. The shower rod was barely hanging. There were only two thin bath towels. I called the front desk, and they said they were out of towels. But some were in the dryer, and someone would be up to check the room and bring towels. It didn't happen. I caught housekeeping in the hallway and borrowed disinfectant, and got towels. Furniture was shabby. We had to have our key cards reloaded three times. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Food selections were limited and not appetizing. Outside trash (by front door) was full and overflowing. Gross. We used to stay at this hotel several times a year and very pleased. Mo longer. It has declined rapidly. We will not return.

I don’t think I will be visiting this facility again.

Location was good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent 2 of 3 mornings we were there.

The facility was old and in need of repair. The sink in our room wouldn’t drain, the tub faucet could not be turned off, the refrigerator froze our drinks, the furniture was peeling and getting on our clothes, and there was no AC in hotel except in our rooms. This was in Texas where it was 91 degrees.

The pool was dirty, not once did I see anyone cleaning it. We couldn’t get more towels because we had to personally bring the dirty towels to the front desk.

Everything great except for pull out sofa bed.

Great location close to airport. Staff was very friendly.

Pull out sofa mattress was stained and wreaked of urine. Was never cleaned from previous people and had nasty socks in it. No sheets or blankets in room for it.

Outstanding service

Outstanding customer service care. An 18 wheeler hit the electrical installation nearby which caused a power outage. In a matter of less than 3 minutes, the hotel has his generator running to keep everything working perfect. They are just amazing

We were given the wrong room for the first night and the gentleman at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Kevin mgr made our second night right. It’s a little frustrating sense we been coming to this location for the past four -five years.

Would not stay again unless it’s for one night.

Two gentleman at reception were welcoming, not the girl.

Room was hot. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never checked on us. When we did try and give our dirty towels to a housekeeper she frowned about it because our room wasn’t on her list. She took them but with an attitude.

It's in a convenient location have stayed there before is reason why we always go there.

The check in staff in shift was rude and treated me differently than the other person in front of me. . She was not friendly or polite. Will not be staying there again.

Great stay, but breakfast was not good.

Location is great next to Grapevine Mills mall.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy along with waffles, muffins, bagels, pastries, orange snd apple juice, and cereal. ALL carbs and NO protein, except for milk. I only had a coffee for breakfast and decided to head out and find some ihop or something that had eggs and sausage.
