Will stay again

They really hired the best employees and the room was great. Perfect location and I could literally walk to the gas station. I loved that they had a little extra in the bathroom too. There was lotion, body wash in the shower, and maybe shampoo and conditioner too but I didn't use that. I had an issue with air and they worked hard to get it fixed but we eventually just moved rooms.

I didn't like that the elliptical wasn't working in the fitness area but that's it.

Staff is AWESOME- Newer hotel seems to need a bit of work

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Pool was clean. It was quiet. Rooms were very nice and cleaned well. The hotel’s location is excellent and we had no trouble traveling to surrounding areas.

Elevators were not working well for our stay and we had to take stairs when they got stuck in other floors. The air conditioner in room 324 needs work- it has leaked and the walls around it are very damp (under curtains). The vanity in 324 is leaning badly, any water that is on the counter spills immediately into the floor which could cause a slipping hazard. Beds were very hard, would be better if they were a bit softer.

Nice room, BUT DONT FORGET YOUR VALUABLES!

The location was excellent for where we needed to be for our plans.

Was not greeted by anyone at registration and had to say hello a couple of times to get someone from the back to come attend to my Check-in. Found that to be the situation anytime I needed assistance from the front desk. ALSO, the day we checked out, I called to report that we had forgotten my husband's hearing aids. I never could get through. I called the next day, same thing. I finally had to call the 800 reservation number for them to connect me. They told me they would check with the housekeeper and call me right back. Never heard back, called that afternoon, again the same thing. Called the next day to talk to the manager, who wasn't in until 9, and was kept on the line after they heard how upset I was to check with the housekeeper. I was told they did not find the hearing aids even though I knew we left them there on the bedside table shelf. Asked for the manager to give me a call, but I never got a call. If they would have answered the phone the day we left, they could have walked in there and found them exactly where he left them. So if you stay, watch your belongings!

It was clean. Some of the faculty was nice, decent breakfast.

My check in was rough. We asked for connecting rooms we were put in two different floors. My room had a smell. I asked for air freshener. He told me he’ll try and make it to my room and that he had no more rooms available. I had to deal with it so I went downstairs to try and get air freshener. He said he had already sent housekeeping to my room Asked for his name. I met housekeeping at the elevator, and he was barely telling him about my room housekeeping went to the room refrigerator was broken and had a smell. then he calls me Said he had another room for me. I go purchase stuff downstairs same staff member said he wanted to charge it to my room and I said no he said well we can’t do it I said OK I’ll put it back. He said where’s your card so I gave him my card he charged me. He said he couldn’t give me a receipt only gives a receipt with everyone’s card on it OK whatever.

Best hotel we ever stayed at

The shampoo and conditioner n body wash were amazing. Staff was welcoming and polite. Loved how it was walking distance to store and Waffle House. Wasn’t far from the mall at all.

Superb

The man working front desk, George, it was his first day the day I checked in. He was very kind, polite and didn't hesitate to get what you needed. You could see he was a bit overwhelmed, but stayed calm and handle everything fanatically. Everyone who worked there that I ran into was very kind and would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Very nice people! Great experience and nice place to stay.

The pool tiles were very dirty and the elevators seemed pretty janky. The beds are a little to hard for my taste, but the room and every where else was clean and nice.

I will say that Grace was very sweet with the circumstances we were given and tried to accommodate us. I appreciate her.

The way that my husband who is handicapped was accommodated. We came with 4 other couples, who also stayed at this hotel. When it was our turn to check in, our room is Ada because he is missing a leg, our room was not ready. All of the other couples rooms were. we all had dinner reservations. We ended up having to go to a friends room there and I was able to shower and get ready for dinner. everyone was able to get ready and shower except him. it was very sad. He has one leg so he can not stand to take a shower. our room was finally ready at 6 pm but our reservations were at 7 so he was not able to shower or anything. grace was sweet and tried to accommodate us, but it made me sad that all of us could get ready, except my husband. The inconvenience was not okay, that we had to wait because we had an ada room, and had to wait for it to be cleaned.

Look for an upgrade...It'll be worth it!

The Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was being renovated. Breakfast was terrible. Ice machine was out of service on our floor. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.
