Convenient location
Outdated room and bathroom;,
Our microwave was missing its glass tray, the bed mattress was lumpy, the ac was on but felt like there was none in the bedroom area, they ran out of the reception snacks, the wi-if was spotty, the tv cable was down on our last night there, and the barroom shower was difficult to work.

The room was clean
The bed was confortable
The bar was terrible. One of the barters was using profanity and it took an hour to get my food. I love staying at the Embassy because they normally have a good breakfast, but this time it was really bad.

Nothing
When we checked in, we saw a bus pulling up. The hotel had booked the hotel to a family having a reunion. My wife and I asked could we cancel our reservation they said that booking.com had to do it. I still haven't received my money back from the hotel.

The property was located close to where the convention was being held. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.
There were some issues with the elevator that was closed to my room location. There weren’t any towels for the pool and I was told it would take a min to get any . The room did get hot at night even with the air on.

Beds were comfortable. Nice seating areas
Shuttle bus driver at the airport totally ignored my husband who was flagging him down.
Breakfast - omelettes great, scrambled eggs were horrible.
Waited by the coffee station to put milk etc into my cup when behind me was a man swearing down his phone, when I turned round he was one of the security guards. Not a good representation of the hotel.
The room was very dark and we had to put the lights on all the time. The room look tired and a bit grubby

The location and the breakfast
The AC didn’t work properly in our room and nothing was done about it. They didn’t believe it and it was too late to book another room.

The location to the airport was great
When I arrived it was a long line of people waiting to check in. One customer service rep was checking people in and answering the phone. The lobby was full of people waiting on service it was horrible. I was in line about 25 minutes before I was helped. Once she got me checked the key did not work. I had to go
Back up get in line to get another key. Then I went into the room it was horrible it was Smokey like it was a party-in the room from smoke. I went into the bathroom it smelled like urine the tub had mold around it and rust. I would not take a shower. I had to take my Clorox wipes and put it on the floor and wipe it up with my feet in order to use the bathroom. I had to spray my body spray in the room in order to sleep. I had my own blanket so I put it on
the bed to sleep on. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I didn’t want to take the chance of not finding another. Hotel in the area because the Braves was playing and everything was booked. I would not recommend this hotel. The next morning before we left at 630 am. We went for coffee and breakfast I would not eat the dining room floor had food on it like it had not been clean from the previous day. I did get coffee only because it was in a disposable cup. I told the receptionist at check out how horrible the room was and she said “oh I’m sorry” that was it.
