It was an OK visit but I wouldn't stay here again

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The hotel was funxtional for a one night stay and Ruby Tueaday was next door.

Being charged $100 for a damage fee which would take 4 to 7 days to return to your credit card. Hotel is in need of good renovation and frels a bit on the grim side.. breakfast was very limited carpet needs replacing in room.

The room was neat and clean . Towel rack was broken little burn mark on wall but I made them aware

I didn’t eat breakfast. The location ? It’s really hidden sign needs to be up higher and well lit . It’s scary at night

Helpful staff and good shuttle to airport

It was convenient for our flight out of Atlanta the next morning with a great shuttle bus service. The staff here were really helpful too.

It’s basic, a little run down but not really an issue. We just needed a base for the night.

Pillows was soft bed was okay!

Not my favorite place to stay.

The staff was very helpful. Also, the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the airport.

The room smelled like mothballs. Also the bathroom sink didn't drain and there are several items that need to be attended to.

Deserving of zero stars.

The clerk at night was extremely rude. He was rude in front of me to another customer. He made a mistake writing the wrong room number on key card and have the customer attitude in front of us. The mistake was his and he was so rude to customer. I had a flight that was delayed due to weather and requested a refund and he said “the weather isn’t his problem “.

The rooms are old and poorly lit. The customer service deserves 0 stars !

close to airport. AC worked. bed was comfortable. nice shower. standard satisfactory budget breakfast: waffle, yogurt, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, OJ, coffee.

shuttle to airport was about 30 minutes behind schedule so plan accordingly.
