Very disappointed in whole stay

The rooms was clean

They overbooked and the room i needed wasnt available. Second night the smoke dectator beeped all night. Room was not available until almost 6pm. Pool area closed both nights at 8:30, which i came to chill at pool.

Quiet location, friendly staff and fairly priced nicely presented food

Everybody on the staff was welcoming and warm and helpful from the minute we checked in. I thought the prices in the bistro were fair, and the room was quiet and comfortable on the first floor.

I didn’t like that they retained a deposit on my American Express card. I booked with Booking.com, and I have not had this happen before. My credit card should be guarantee enough that I’m not going to walk out on room charges.

Paying for parking was a bit much, was it 25 bucks for a overnight stay? Perhaps a few more signs identifying what exits brought you back to the parking lot, seems I walked around the whole damn building looking for the back lot. 30 min wait for a burger was pushing it when I went down early to avoid any "rush" that might have developed.

Got the job done. Wasn't spectacular, but met the basic requirements.

It did the job. Wasn't anything spectacular, but was comfortable, quiet and clean enough.

The staff wasn't overly friendly. The restaurant was chaotic and slow. However, the food wasn't bad. Service was mediocre at best.

Worst experience ever! No one will pick your luggage , when you arrive! Reception very slow and one receptionist was there for so many check in guests! Room was so basic and you can hear the next room! No AC and room was hot whole night! If you need anything extra from room service, you should go down to the reception! Very slow service in their restaurant dining! This hotel can’t be 4stars! I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Reception and the team needed good training to be aware with international guests and other international facilities! Not recommended at all!

Pool day stay!

Check-in was a breeze. The valet and staff were just great! We literally came for the indoor/outdoor pool for the unofficial start of summer. The kids had a blast! My favorite thing about my stay was the bar! Great bartender. Margaritas were delish, and I'd go back for the burger alone. Split a chocolate cake with the kiddos, and it did not miss!!!

The inside pool area needed some attention. Kind of gunky around the chairs and drains like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Good overnight stay

Most of all we liked the staff! All members of the staff that we were in touch with were really nice. Also, we lost cash in the front desk area without noticing and when we asked the next day whether they had found any money, they had all our cash in an enveloppe and were able to return it to us! We very much appreciated the staff’s honest handling of our lost funds!

Dissapointing stay. Old and smelly room. Low value for money.

Old style, small and smelly room. No safety box in the room. Very basic pool. The photos look way better than reality. Low value for money.
