Attentive staff. Refilled shampoo dispenser from text message. Good valets.
Real eggs for breakfast. (I think all the hotels must use powdered eggs. Don't know if this is really correct.)

The staff were really nice. I probably only had an issue with one of the staff members at front desk but I think everyone else was really nice and caring. My favorite staff was breakfast staff! So much joy and energy from them! Breakfast was also decent with a variety of options. They also let you takeaway breakfast to your room which I think is great! My room was also amazing! Felt right at home and I loved the channel options on my TV!

Breakfast was very good, as was the complimentary Wednesday soup & salad. Location met our needs despite city traffic. Staff was very welcoming & helpful.
Having only 2 elevators for a facility that large was a problem. Long waits for Valet parking parking. $ 67 per day is outrageous.

Amazing staff, location and the views!
Bathroom had some disrepair but was taken cared of right away

We had a slight issue of the third bed (sofa bed) being broken, however, Kay at the front desk brought it to her managers attention immediately. With the holiday, we were certain we were out of luck, however, They found us an alternate arrangement with another room right down the hall. Prompt, polite and to top it off, Kay even shared some recommendations on things to see during our visit. Exceptional!
Elevators were slow, but it was a holiday weekend.

Great location and enjoyed the valet parking even though it cost. The size of the room was also great.
The cost of the snacks and drinks.

Staff was friendly and helpful
Rooms need rehab, doors in room would not shut, dresser drawers were broken. Another guest asked me what I thought of the rooms, she had the same experience. Great location but unfortunately I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was clean. Our boys liked the pool and I thought the fitness area was small but sufficient. Breakfast was typical but filling. Staff was friendly. We parked around the block with was $60/day but because we were a mile from the Navy Pier we walked everywhere. 2 minutes to the riverwalk, half mile to target, everything was easily walkable.

Perfect location and super friendly staff.
Room
Was for 4 and definitely not suitable for 4, sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not for -
People and I can’t have 3 adults sleeping together in a king size bed. Nevertheless, didn’t want to fight, we adjusted, but not recommended for 4 people or a couple with 2 teens.

Centrally located.
We did not have our room cleaned the entire time we were there. We specifically asked in our reservation not to have a room near elevators or vending machines. When we get to our room, it’s right across from the elevators. They offered a Happy Hour the first night we were there( soup, salad, cheese). No soup, just salad. I have stayed at Hilton properties for the past 25 years, never had a Salad Happy Hour( there was no soup.). Gave them my Hilton Honors #, didn’t matter and didn’t feel like it provided any perks.

Great staff and location! Loved being able to easily message the front desk instead of having to call or go directly to the front desk. Only utilized the free breakfast for one morning but it was a decent breakfast. Not too much variety unless they changed it up on the other days we didn’t get breakfast. Location was great as it was close to Grand station and within walking distance to notable attractions in downtown. The cafe right next door is amazing!! We went there almost everyday (the reason why we didn’t utilize the free breakfast as much). The room and hotel seemed very clean. I didn’t get to check out the pool or gym but glad they had them available. Other than the usual city noises, we didn’t have issues with noises from other rooms
One of the 2 elevators they have broke one day but they got it fixed by the time we got back at night. Even with both elevators, sometimes it might take a bit to go up or down during peak times. We requested housekeeping one morning and they said we were scheduled that day but never came. Had to reach out again the next day to finally get them to come. They did a great job cleaning though.

Posizione fantastica,in centro e a pochi passi dalla metro.

I liked the location because it was very central. I also liked how there was apperitivos for late afternoon snack. I liked the valet service and how you can text ahead of time.
I didn't like the weekend atmosphere because there was a lot of people partying after 10pm and you can smell the smoke in the hallways. It wasn't pleasant for families present. I also had to go downstairs to get something and there was a lot of people just hanging out in the lobby area not waiting for cars. They were just staying out of the cold. It wasn't a comfortable atmosphere. I can see why there was security at night.

The hotel sink was clogged and the tables could have been better. It wasn’t clean we had to clean the kitchen and bathroom. The table had stains.

Location was central to the places and activities we were looking to do.
I can’t say there was anything to complain about or dislike about our stay there.

Great location! Not far away from shopping, dining and generally walking around. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Room is big - you get separate living room and bedroom. And kitchen!
Streets of Chicago are noisy during the night (emergency sirens and etc.) so don't expect silence while sleeping. Sofa-bed was a bit worn down. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacks variety and taste (except apples and yogurts). Lobby is located in the 6th floor so waiting for elevator at the entrance sometimes can be longer than expected.

The location is great close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most attractions. being next door to Eataly was bonus!
Hotel is old, and looks dirty. Bed sheets and towels are old and uncountable. Old windows that do not block noise from the streets. Only 1 elevator works so sometimes it took over 15-20 min wait. We had to use the service exit stairs multiple time. Breakfast was disgusting.

Location
I arrived late and was told “we considered you a no-show so we charged you and sold your room (again) to someone else. WTF? After a long travel day I had to fight for an hour to get them to give me a room. They downgraded me, charged me for all of the nights, and then claimed it was an upgrade. The staff were anything but helpful. The young woman at the desk could care less that they sold my room to someone else

Also eher 2 wie 3 Sterne.

Nada a reclamar.

Every encounter I had with staff was great. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. At breakfast, the staff swept in to take your used dishware so you didn't have to lift a finger to clean up and chatted with everyone even when it was super busy.
Our room was pretty run down and much smaller than in the pictures. In general, the hotel seems pretty beaten up and could use a serious refresh. For example, the door to the room didn't latch tightly and would rattle when the room across the hall would open and close their doors. The big issue was that during our stay, one of the elevators was out of service for its annual maintenance, leaving only one elevator operational. I admit that I've rolled my eyes in the past when I've seen reviewers complain about wait times for elevators in some hotel listings, but now that I've experienced it, I won't ignore those complaints! There were long waits and passive aggressive comments when you squeezed into the packed elevator when it finally came. Sometimes the elevator would pass without stopping and you had to push the button again to call it. The staff tried to help out at busy times by taking people to a freight elevator on the other side but it wasn't consistent. This was partly just bad luck that our visit happened to be when they were doing maintenance but it would have been nice if they compensated for this issue in some way.

The staff (Jeremy ..makes breakfasts and insists we take food to our room. Made a great Wed. dinner for all guests.) The Herculean effort made by all staff to overcome temporary closure of one elevator.....SO IMPRESSED. so many families staying...wonderful atmosphere.
We stayed in early April....It was cold some days...very cold....could the hotel look into that LOL

My 16 year old son and I did a Spring Break trip to Chicago without my husband, which made me a little nervous. However, the hotel was in an AMAZING location and just steps away from a subway station that we used often during our stay. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The close proximity to Michigan Avenue (aka, Magnificent Mile) and Navy Pier was perfect. My son and I loved the location and felt COMPLETELY safe traveling on our own!! I also can't rave enough about Jeremy. He was so knowledgeable of the area and so helpful and full of tips of things to do and how to get there! They have a Wednesday night social with free wine, beer, cheese and crackers. Free breakfast that we never took advantage of. :(
The ONLY bad part wad waiting on an elevator at times because they were doing maintenance. However, they had clearly posted that the elevator was being worked on and they apologized for any inconvenience. Maintenance HAS to be done, and we understand that!

breakfast- didn't eat but looked good
location- wonderful location close to everything
room- room was fine and what I expect for a hotel like this. I do wish there was the ability to use my own streaming services on the tv in the room.
The biggest issue was the wait for the elevator.

Fantastic location. Continental breakfast was varied and tasty, and the hours worked well. We liked the pool and the pool hours were awesome! Friendly, attentive staff.
The king bed was okay - fairly comfortable. The hideaway mattress in the living area was awful. My daughter had to sleep on the couch instead.
