Surfcomber che risale agli Anni 50 c’è ancora lo spirito della Miami di una volta

Lo staff molto gentili e disponibili (ottimo Front desk), la posizione comoda e la zona piscina. Ottimo staff anche in piscina

Pulizia area comuni a tratti sommaria, ascensore sporco, stanze ben arredate ma un po’ da ristrutturare (bagni piccoli). Prezzi colazione e ristorante alti

Séjour fabuleux en famille

L’ensemble du personnel qui est très serviable et souriant. La piscine avec ses transats autour. L’accès à la plage direct Le buffet de boisson chaude dès le matin La qualité de la nourriture et des boissons autour de la piscine. Un séjour comme nous en rêvions à Miami avec nos 2 enfants.

Ok one night stay

Overpriced for the small room and bathroom we got with a window facing the wall. Good location and grounds were pretty.

Small room really wouldn’t consider this a 4 star property more like a 3 star. If based on the room alone I would give it 2 stars. The grounds are beautiful and the location is good.

super Lage in South Beach, Hotelzimmer leider nicht schön

- Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - alles in South Beach ist Fussläufig zu erreichen - Silvesterparty am Pool war super - Pool war kälter als das Meer - Tipp, nutzt das Parkhaus 2 Blocks südlicher vom Hotel. Kosten 20$ für 24 Stunden

Zimmer auf der unteren Etage sind eine Zumutung Blick auf die Müllablagen vom Hotel Nachbarhotel und Wand 1 Meter vom Fenster entfernt dadurch sehr laut und unschön Natürlich war das Hotel ausgebucht, kein Zimmerwechsel möglich und der Fehler liegt bei booking (dieser Satz ist mittlerweile Standard in den amerikanischen Hotels) Fahrräder doch nicht umsonst und nicht vom Hotel Vor dem Hotel stehen 6 Fahrräder, die man nur über eine App freischalten kann und nur die ersten 2 Std. frei sind, danach 10$ die Std. und jeder braucht einen eigene App Pool war kälter als das Meer

-Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Strand wunderschön, mit -2min zu Fuss zur Einkaufsstrasse -3min zu Fuss zum Ocean Drive -Silvesterparty am Pool war super

Wir hatten wohl eins der schlimmsten Zimmer der Anlage. Untere Etage, zur Seite (Richtung Hotel Marseille) welches genau 1Meter vom Hotelfenster entfernt war. Problem die Zimmer im Surfkomber liegen tiefer. Wir hatten einen Blick auf den Gang vom Nachbarhotel, mit Blick auf die Füsse und darunter hatten wir einen Blick auf die Müllhalde vom Hotel, welche unter dem Holzgang war. Also eigentlich hatten wir ein fensterloses Zimmer

Le bruit et la musique à fond :c’est commun a Miami Beach mais cela reste insupportable. Vue sur un mur et dos à l’ascenseur : bruit de la mécanique de l’ascenseur toute la nuit. J’ai réclamé un changement de chambre (6 nuits !) et on n’a rien pu me proposer. Salle de bain dégoûtante et minuscule Personnel au petit déjeuner désagréable et hautain. Pior estada dos ultimos tempos. Música 18 horas de música nas alturas sem interrupção. Ninguém consegue dormir

Poderia ter sido bom, mas foi uma experiência dos infernos. Música na mais alta potência de 9 de manhã até 3 da madrugada. Eu não conseguia dormir, acordava cedo, por causa da música. Não pude ir à piscina!

Great location, on the beach, 2 blocks from the Art Deco style shops.

Great location on South Beach. Really good facilities and great staff.

Bedroom was a little small with a very small bathroom. Put that to one side and stay here to experience the location.

The staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful. The pool and surround are fabulous with great access to the the beach. The hotel is in a nice location on the edge of the art deco district, there are bikes you can borrow so you can cycle around. Excellent.

As of August 2023 there is a very noisy building site next to the hotel next door (North side). The workers start at about 7:00-7:30am and as a result we heard a fair amount of noise especially in our room. This is the only negative point, not down to the hotel really.

Really nice hotel in Miami

Hotel is amaizing! Pool is clean and you always find a place for yourself. Beach is only a few steps away. Garden is nice with a lot of green and palms. Staff was very kind. We will recomend this hotel but you must be aware of the rooms with NO view. There is no loud music at the pool and during the evenings and we could relax.

View from the side of the building means view on the wall which is in front of the window! This was really not cool and we couldn’t change the room after check in. We also asked for the garden view via booking chat in big advance but hotel was not able to consider our request.

complete disappointment

excellent location, access to the ocean, a lot of greenery on the territory: palm trees, bushes, various plants and many cute little lizards that live in the bushes.

1. huge inconsistencies with the description of the hotel on the booking: 1. breakfast is “put” for two people from the room🙄. 2. for breakfast they give out a $20 voucher that does not include drinks, taxes, tips, and the cost of each dish is at least $19, in any case you will pay extra $15 or more for each breakfast. However, the breakfast is far from perfect, as is the service. 3. on the first day we took 2 majitos at the pool, paid $ 68, this is an unrealistically high price. (as are the prices in the entire menu and I understand that this is Miami. ) 4. disgusting condition of the room: chips in the bath tub, a toilet paper holder torn out of the wall, all the furniture is very old dilapidated with numerous chips, blisters, even toothpaste was not provided. (I think pasta and other things that you need could be ordered in the lobby, of course for an additional fee) 5. general feeling of staying at the hotel: the hotel does not match the description and deserves a maximum of two stars.

The rooms are a little dated. This hotel needs a renovation. Some AC is leaking, and the staff forgets what you ask them, unfortunately. But they are all very friendly and polite, but that's not the point :) overall, good vacation.

Very fun and relaxing! Can’t wait to visit again!

This is my family’s 3rd time staying! We love it here! Definitely has an island vacation atmosphere!

The full size beds were a little too small for my wife and I.

It was a great stay overall! fantastic staff and location.

location was perfect for exploring Miami Beach and access to the beach.

Building was too cold and there were some guests with a dog that was barking in the early morning.

Wow!

The pool was spectacular, room fully stocked but prices too high on the snackables. House cleaning team were amazing Wow the food just blew us away. We will be back just for. Meal. Finally please allow me a future discount to stay. This is my 2rd trip and need a discount to use and to refer you to my friends.
