Muy buen lugar, cercano al aeropuerto, la atención muy buena. Lo único malo es que el restaurante estaba cerrado para cenas y tenías que pedir por Uber Eats. Pero muy recomendable

They didn’t notify me that my card didn’t go thru I was half way there I got a call that my room was sold out thy want me find another hotel to stay at I told them no I never got call all day till I was 1 hours into my 5 1/2 driver which was 11:30 pm I told night manager he better give a room for me and husband and drughter so thy came up with folding bed for her king bed for me and my husband which was up in 5th floor I ask for bottom floor I was tired too
The place was nice quiet the only thing is that the a.m. manager they do not give a courtesy call and the elevator they had there expired two years ago. They need an elevator inspection done and I have pictures of that.

I liked how beautiful it was and the staff was nice.
The room doors don’t have stoppers so you can hear people in the hallway if they are loud.

Cleanness was poor, lack of shuttle bus to the airport despite the name of the hotel has “airport” in the name, way low below Hilton standards, poor breakfast, buzzing refrigerator, odd smell in hotel and rooms, bizarre staff.

breakfast is good and location is close to the airport. The premise is clean and employees are friendly and informative.
The bathroom air ventilation is not strong enough. The parking lot is small and the lines on the parking lot are fade so make it hard to park at night and we received a warning notice but this is due to the lines are not visible at night time at all. The lighting at the parking lot is not bright enough at nigh time.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room! Enjoyed the Keurig in the room.
No complimentary bottled water for our coffee, glad we had some with us.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful: it’s nice to be greeted with a smile!
It is in a location easy to access, where there is always Uber available: perfect for a short business trip.
The room was big, clean and very quiet: perfect for a goo night sleep.

No hot food for the hours I was there. I had to drive and find a restaurant.

Unfortunately, the hotel's stuff refused to check us in and give us a room, and tell that we have to pay for it, despite the fact that it was already paid via Booking, that we already stayd in this hotel before, and that my husband have a gold member status!
So, I double paid because it was the late evening, and we were extremely tired after our journey and half-hour problematic check-in, just to sleep somewhere at least several hours before our early flight.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!
I ordered a room with a jacuzzi to spend our last evening in California with pleasure, but we became so exhausted after all these problems and wanted to sleep so much that we didn't even use it :(
Hilton! Even if you have problems with Booking, your guests shouldn't have problems with check-in and double pay that is already paid!!!

We love it because it near the airport, great breakfast, big rooms, very clean and the location is beautiful neighborhood.
Maybe add a Bidet in the toilet bowl because we are Filipinos that use water to clean ourself.

Everything came at a cost. Breakfast wasn’t free which seemed odd, the parking was apparently billed to my room and the staff gave my girlfriend attitude when she asked about the possibility of the hotel having vegan ice cream for sale at the front desk.

it’s a good hotel but far from the city. there’s no public transport connection so need to get taxis. Uber to the airport costs 25$, to pier 39 - 35$. No shops or restaurants around.
