It was ok, but one morning the milk was strange tasting and the oatmeal was soupy
The tv didn’t work, asked for maid service and never got it, our friends had a room that had no air and no hot water. They had to come to our room to shower, I tried calling the front desk and was put on hold for an extended period of time. Very disappointed the pool and hot tub was closed felt we should have had a discount for these

The location. We had to attend a wedding 15 minutes away.
The Loud kids running down the hallway after 9pm. Room phone didn’t work had to call front desk from my phone.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and clean. Really liked the location! Everything we did was within a few minutes of the hotel.
The breakfast wasn't the best. Was a little disappointed in the pool area. The water was a little cold. There were paint chips or something floating in the water. Overall the pool area seemed a little outdated.

Friendly staff
Pool definitely needs an update and they're isn't a microwave in the room which I thought was inconvenient for the price I paid for 2 nights.

The fresh cookies
Stayed for 4 nights. Requested housekeeping everyday, but never had someone come replace the sheets and trash until the final night before I was leaving

They still give out a chocolate chip cookie at check in, which is good. Buffet style breakfast as opposed to continental breakfast was good.
Breakfast menu is not the same as it used to be. I didn't see hot food like biscuits and gravy any more. Toilet didn't flush out well. Shower curtain was crummy.

Location
Breakfast cost $15, and no microwave in the rooms!

The check in employee, Ken, was extremely helpful to us. 2 other front desk people were quite blunt and unfriendly.
The price, my daughter got the same type of room and it was so much cheaper.

I love this place. It’s my go to everytime I go to Chicago! Love the sheets and the bed! That’s the most important thing to me!
That at 2:40pm we couldn’t check in until 3:00pm. There was a line of people waiting that 20 min.

The staff customer service was wonderful and bright. My family enjoyed the pool and the hours allotted.
No face towels given during our stay.
No hot tub on premises.
Restaurant not open on weekends.
Air Freshner in the hallway would be beneficial.

It’s a nice property. We did enjoy our stay. It is definitely a older property and it is showing it’s age but it’s nice for the money definitely liked it
Cleanliness can definitely be approved with housekeeping not terrible but not the best either. Our TV didn’t work correctly which sucked.

The breakfast was great. The waitress was super friendly. I was a little surprised the hotel charged for breakfast but it was not bad at all, can't complain. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice.
We had to be moved to a different room since the floor was wet, you could smell the moisture in that room.

I enjoyed the quietness and the lobby.
I didn’t like how outdated the pool area and room. The breakfast setup was nice but the food didn’t taste well. There was an additional charge of $15 bucks for the breakfast.

cheap stay
the breakfast could have been a little better and I know it’s a work hotel but the bar being closed on Friday Saturday Sunday was a bummer

The location is good, it was easy to get to and the spaces are well distributed.. The staff was nice.
the room is big and there is enough space in the room
The facilities are somewhat old. It is a hotel suitable for short stays. The hotel pool was not working so we could not enjoy all the space.

The rooms where very nice and clean. staff was very nice and helpful.
The floor we were put in was a non smoking area, it smelled bad like cigarettes in the hall way. I’m grateful that it was just the hallway and not in the rooms. I stayed on second floor.
