Dirty, not maintained to proper standards.

the location of the property was great.

this property was not well maintained at all. It was dirty, it had people who lived in this property for longer than they should have.

The room smelled bad. The headboards were covered in grease that I took 20 minutes to scrub off, and the bathroom door was splashed with an unknown substance, urine perhaps?

Exceptional

Have been there before. Bed is soft, everything is clean. I have a desk, ample lighting, cable tv news. Thank you they only have coffee. would like tea.

No problems. Other than reservation problem w my name attached to a confirmation # that someone else's name was attached to. Tried to cancel thru booking com, after I filled out the survey, but it wouldn't accept it. So it never cancelled. I ended up paying at the front desk, on the sport becuz th confirmation # given to me, by booking.com per th front desks computer files, says that the confirmation # had someone else's name to it not mine..please resolve this asap. I don't want to pay for anyone else's reservation w my credit card, especially when th name doesn't sound familiar to me. I don't want credit card problems, w my card, being attached to someone else's name in the future . Take note, I'm reserved for this same hotel in February, they said my name is confirmed for that February reset ation, without any problems. Thank you.

Will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else stay there.

The location was good, felt like I was in a safe area. The hotel was quiet, no loud parties. Smoke free rooms are the best. I was able to look out of the window and see my car.

The elevator is slow and small. None of the keys worked so had to go back down, One of the rooms two rooms I had reserved had not been cleaned, open the door to an unmade bed. Extended Stay means shady characters.

This hotel is close to restaurants.

The common areas were dirty and had cobwebs. The cabinets were old and not stocked. The bed did not have a blanket.

Worst place I have stayed in all my travels over the last 20 years

There was no breakfast. They said there is coffee but even that was not available as the coffee machine broke. There were washing machines that helped but it was overpriced at each load for washing+drying was $4.50. Even the door to the room was broken and they said they will send maintenance that did not show up till I left a week later

Courteous staff; lighted corridors/hallways; clean rooms and no musty dirty smell. They had reduced the price to $408 per week but Booking.com charged me more than that.

This was the worst hotel room I have (almost) stayed in. I would never go back to this establishment

The location was the only thing I liked about this property.

EVERYTHING. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to check in as there was only one person of the three behind the desk that was able to assist me and he was assisting another guest. I was initially told that my card “did not go through”, but had already paid for the room upfront on the website! Per the charges on my bill, I see that the hotel actually charged my card again even though I had already paid; the charges were reversed because the room was unsatisfactory. The room was dirty, had a broken window pane, and smelled awful! My husband and I were unable to stay at the property due to the odor in the room and quickly made a reservation at another area hotel. Booking.com should refund my money for this!

Do not smoked weed in hallways?

Nice area next a shopping center and a lot of restaurants

Hallways were horrible, hallways have a BAD smell. Some guest were SMOKING Marijuana in hallways. I know Marijuana is almost legal every where but NOT QUITE yet. And if guests are smoking Marijuana than do it in there own smoking room. My wife and I were staying in a Non-smoking room but our room was still getting odor of Marijuana. WE HATE IT. We will probably not stay in this Hotel again.

Location

Room had no heat: not clean, couldn’t get a cart at check in. Dirty and kack if utensils w/cookware. Housekeeping on the floor was unprofessional
