A great stay

It's near my event and also near a lot of restaurants and gas stations. Great staff at the hotel, always friendly when I stay here, every year

No microwaves on the rooms. Only downstairs in the mini kitchen area in the main lobby

Room was spacious but had issues, nothing special about breakfast

Comfortable!

Room was perfect! Bed comfortable and breakfast was Great! (Just hard to find plates, they are above food).

It was very nice, quiet and comfortable!

They gave my parents and I an upgrade on Thanksgiving night! That also had nice breakfast choices! Thank you!

Would stay again if in a pinch but likely will go elsewhere

The semi sectional sofa sleeper was the best part honestly although the air conditioning will freeze out the 2 beds area of the room but the half with the sofa stayed too warm which sucked for whoever was trying to use that side of the room. Also no microwave I don’t recall seeing one in the breakfast lounge either.

The pool was closed the entire time for unknown reason, we booked with this hotel and with the pool being our top priority and there was no sort of notification of it prior to arrival, nothing listed on the hotels website. The pool was the entire reason we chose this hotel. Not too pleased with this hotel or the booking app as this is the second consecutive problem with bookings through the service

Need more attention to maintenance and cleanliness

The reservation got screwed up and even though booking.com shows our reservation was for 2 nights, the hotel has only 1 night and locked us out of our room. Both nights were billed separately and we had two different $100 holds that have still not cleared after several days. Several elevator buttons were cracked, elevators were slow. Couch in room had stains and carpet was very stained. The bed was creaky and VERY uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed was dirty. Very disappointed as we have stayed here in the past many times and never had a complaint.

The best.

This is our go to hotel whenever we're in Chicago! The rooms are always super clean, the beds are always 10/10 comfortable, and we always feel safe leaving our loaded car in the parking lot. Breakfast never disappoints, the staff is super attentive and friendly, and there's a great tea and coffee selection.

First night walked into the room and the couch cushion had no liner on it. Just a cushion. Switched rooms. New room had zero soap Hair in the bed and in the bathroom.

I was living in the 6th floor it’s very difficult to catch the WiFi. hope they can fix good Wi-Fi for each floor in the future. Breakfast can be better as a 3 star hotel.

Excellent for the value

Very nice breakfast everyday, with a variety of options. Rooms were spacious and worked well for our family of 3. Excellent location to major roads and short drive to Woodfield. Pretty nice size pool (but...) All this for a really good price.

Room storage was lacking, furniture needs some updating (but maybe that's how the prices are low?) TV system was awful and really frustrating to use. Only one kids channel too. The pool also seemed like it needed some cleaning (compared to other hotel pools we've been). The awkward size and placement of the bathroom door was annoying. I get it was designed to be wheelchair accessible, but don't do that to every room.
