Was gray and would stay there again!

Friendly staff, breakfast was the best! They gave you options everyday! If you have a dietary need they accommodate you!

When first walking in my room there’s a smell! Don’t like the fact I am paying parking but they don’t even know what car is mine.

Good Location, Spring beds, 1 Slow-Old Elevator

Breakfast was pretty yummy. Loved the full kitchen!

the beds were extremely hard and you could feel the springs. I only tolerated the bed for 2 hours and I was done. I moved to the couch. which affected our families plans the following day. The tub was slow draining and the shower head needs to be replaced. Only one elevater and it was old and slow. Booking.com took my money but failed to send over the reservations. which took me an hour for check-in. Huge hassle!

Great family hotel

Suite was great and worked well for our family of 5 for the 8 nights we stayed there. Kitchen space in our suite was useful, great pool, good breakfast and on-site laundry facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Other then my son sleeping on hard metal wires from sofa bed, it was not bad at all.

I really liked the set up of having a kitchen and microwave, stove and a good size fridge.

Sofa bed mattress wires very hard and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced or come with a mattress egg crate topper.

I liked the eating area, pool & jacuzzi.

I didn't like the rooms. The toilet was old and blocked and had to call the front desk to fix it. There was only 1 elevator, and it was busy and slow moving.

It was great and a comfortable stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They allowed us to check in 4 hours early!!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the selection of breakfast. I stayed here before several times I liked the variety of breakfast they had before. this time my experience was not good. the breakfast was bad and the condition of the hotel is bad overall.

This hotel is in a great location and I would stay here again. I love the Hilton Brand.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby was very well lite and clean. Great channels on TV. Staff Member Brian was awesome. He spoke very well, explained the hotel amenities and locations and made sure me and my family had everything we needed. Hotel manager (sorry forgot her name) was also very nice and welcoming. Thumbs up to the staff.

The rooms were a little outdated. The doors slam very hard. Elevator slow.

The room is dirty, there was hair on floor and in the tube, it doesn’t smell good. You will pay to park your car and you can sign the hotel isn’t responsible for your car there.

We really loved the complimentary breakfast that happened every morning! Saved us a couple bucks and time before heading down to Disneyland. Also, really loved the staff working there! They were really helpful and made our experience worth it. Definitely booking a stay here in the future (:

won’t be going back

close to amenities

the blankets had stains, the female receptionists were abrupt and not friendly. there was no greeting when we came and went from hotel. the breakfast wasn’t very nice. the saving grace was the lovely people cleaning up during breakfast an elderly lady and Nelson. who were very friendly and helpful. The Mexican male receptionist in the morning was also nice. the rest of them not. I rang up to ask a question one day and the female on phone said an abrupt no and hung up on me without even saying goodbye or anything. I don’t know if it’s an American to be so rude but I haven’t experienced that in the other places we travelled such as Asia, Europe, especially in hotels that cost quite a bit for a stay. rooms need deep cleaning, window sills dirty and smelled yucky in hallways and elevator was old and worn.
