Not impressive at all.
The fact that they charge an enormous amount for absolutely nothing. Room was somehow clean. Bed was made in rush. Seemed to be given to me right after the previous guest just left. Bed was still very wrinkled . I tried to not move too much in bed as I was not sure if the sheets were cleaned. Granted I got there an hour and half early. The bathroom was way smaller than advertised and way smaller for the price. Shower-curtain very very damaged, bath tub not cleaned and trash cans missing trash bags - had to ask for some. Slight smell of smoke or tobacco product use probably from previous guests.
In the evening when I got back around 10 pm , the lobby was mostly filed with individuals having their time with front desk. Not sure if they were guests, street workers or employees but totally didn t feel safe. Or it could’ve been another hang place considering is right off 5th and 7th street. Valet parking is outrageous. Stayed one night and that was enough. You can hear the partying off streets. Anyway - bottom line - never staying there again.

The staff and valet personnel were amazing.
The beds were so awful. I woke up so many times with my back aching. The sheets and comforter were so thin so on top of the awful bed, it was freezing.

Beautiful hotel.
The lobby area. Hard to get to. Not knowing we had to pay the valet service as there was no real parking anywhere. No garage. Nothing. The fees for food were not very clear as far as how to pay, or what the steps are. Still confused.

It’s near majority of the locations that we were going. The room was the usual for a two bed.
It’s a little ghetto in the area down the block or two, that’s why we were at West 6th or Rainey Street.

The location was heart of downtown
Our room had bed bugs & when we brought it to the managers attention we were blown off & disregarded

Excellent manager who helped me out with my multiple reservation issues. Easily accessible to everywhere. The gym was good. The food in the 18th floor restaurant was pretty good. The room was perfect.
Obviously the homeless issue around the property is an issue. Other than that it met my needs.

Value of the rate and the location
valet, I dislike when you have to pay for parking at a hotel where you're staying

The location and pool area. The bar area was spectacular
Guest checking personnel gave wrong information. Misleading

The rooms were spacious and clean. We liked the roof top bar, breakfast, the pool and the little shop on site.
It was not the most central location but was only a short Uber so it was fine.

Cleanliness of the hallways and elevators. Short distance to the convention center. Vallet service, though was expensive, it was very prompt and vallet guys were very courteous!
Lack of attention to room. Room was not cleaned or serviced for 2 days. I even called room service complaining but no one showed up to service the room. Also, there was so much noise and music until 2 am which gave me so much headache I could hardly sleep. Even though I have a Hilton honor membership, I was not given a discount.

location is amazing
The amount you pay and the bed is awful, the furniture is old and outdated, the place smells old and outdated, too.

The hotel, upon checking in, couldn't find my prepaid reservation from Booking.com. The reservation was set a full week prior but they couldn't find the reservation even with the reservation number and everything being provided. Luckily they found a room with the same bed as I wanted but had to wait almost an hour in the lobby as they made another reservation. Other than that hiccup I would recommend using the actual hotel's website or call prior to going to make sure it's all set.
Also parking is valet only and pretty expensive, the parking garage a block down the road is a good save of money

Staff was helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the service.
Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless and shady people right around the corner. We didn’t feel safe in this area and used uber for breakfast etc. Valet Parking is quite expensive (52 per day + Taxes).

Not much space for a real pool 😒

Everything is great even the bar on the 18th floor. The bartender Brandon makes good drinks! Also I like how the hotel is right there by 6th street.
The only thing I didn’t like is when room service came in to clean the room because they threw my lashes away. 😒

how clean and close by everything was
the elevator, it’s old and we got stuck there for about 20 mins. not a good thing, told the front service person and she said I’m sorry it happens is an old building. I know it’s not her fault but I hope they fix it soon.
