Very good

The property was well kept and close to the hospital my mom was in. I loved that it was in a private and safe area considering I was alone this trip.

Everything was clean but my room smelled stale as if it hadn’t been used in a while or the carpet needed a shampoo

All the usb plugs were broken! There was a wedding and reception at the location with loud music playing for several hours!

Pleasant

I sleep during the day because of working at night. Everything went ok until the fire alarm went off and had to go stairway and couldn't hear myself breathing. The alarm in the stairway was excessively too loud.

We will 100%, without a doubt, be back!

The room was amazing!

1. The pool was closed during our stay 2. We entered the location address provided and it took us to the completely wrong location but contacted the hotel, and they gave us perfectly detail directions! 3. ***Not the hotels fault at all*** BUT As soon as we parked our vehicle there were two male individuals yelling and cussing each other in the parking lot. We have children so it was very concerning. We alerted the front desk staff about the altercation and they said they would take care of it!

Decent hotel, but disappointing for a Hilton.

Great staff, spacious room, safer location.

Online the pictures showed a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub has been filled in/tiled over. There was a cockroach in our room upon returning from dinner the first night, and the hallway carpet on the first and 3rd floors has dirty areas. The outside trash can was also overflowing each time we passed it during our 2 night stay.

Stay was enjoyable, staff was good but house cleaning needs work.

Great location and food and for price.

They don’t clean while they are occupied. We would leave in the morning and the room never gets cleaned and never refreshed towels.

The breakfast was not free as advertised. It was $13 per plate per day.

Everything could have been better for the cost of that room and the inconveniences.

The location

Our room had bad plumbing and the staff didn't attempt to solve the problem. We traveled 500 miles to get there and on the 1st night we had plumbing issues. And for the rest of our weekend. What ever happen to hospitality?? Never will be at this property again.....

Great quiet location just off the highway clean and friendly staff they took great care of me while I was there made sure I needed anything I wanted.. it breakfast was OK also

We loved the grounds, the pond with the geese and walking path. Front desk was very accomodating about extra towels, etc.
