GREAT FOR MY WORK AND TRAVEL NEEDS

I TRY TO STAY HERE WHEN I TRAVEL TO COLUMBUS FOR WORK. IT'S CONVENIENT AND A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE JOB SITE. BREAKFAST IS GOOD. LOVE THE ICE/FOUNTAIN SODA MACHINE.

THE A/C IS SPORADIC. SOME ROOMS I'VE STAYED IN THE A/C BARELY KEEPS THE ROOM A COMFORTABLE TEMP WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. AND THIS IS TURNING IT TO THE LOWEST TEMP. OTHER ROOMS IT WORKS GREAT. I'VE DECIDED TO BRING MY OWN FAN WITH ME NEXT TIME SINCE I NORMALLY HAVE TO STAY A WEEK EACH TIME.

I want to stay here EVERYTIME we come. I don't want to go anywhere else every again.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I felt like we were at a high quality restaurant. The bacon was crisp and hot and heaping. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and rich. The waffle machine was so much fun and made the best waffles I think I have ever had. The coffee was piping hot and great flavor. In addition, there was yogurt, cereal, fruit and beautiful baked blueberry muffins. The salsa, cheese, jalapenos and hot sauce were a hit with our older children. I have never had a full kitchen available. We are so grateful to you. We were able to make healthy meals with fresh ingredients. The full fridge was a blessing. You provide pots and pans, plates glasses, bowls and utensils, including flippers, plus a can opener. There was both caffeinated and decaf coffee provided in our room. I was beyond impressed with the generosity and thoughtfulness of your provisions for our family. I have never felt so at home. We thankfully did two loads of laundry in an open, clean, relaxed laundry room. What a joy. We grilled at your gorgeous, easy to use outdoor gas grills. We all swam happily in the pool. I was in awe that you provide full size soaps and shampoo/conditioner in great dispensers right there near the sink and in the shower The bedding was so soft and bright white. I felt like whoever planned out Staybridge truly cared about the families who were going to be here. The front of the hotel greets us beautifully from the outside and then we walk into to a cozy fireplace area. The plants are placed perfectly everywhere and bring joy.to look at them. There is so many nice places to eat or just sit. Having a business room available was really nice. Our daughters worked out everyday, too. I was so grateful they did not have to go find a fitness center somewhere else I do not feel like I am doing Staybridge justice.. Please let me say, it felt like being at home, but better in ways! I don't say that lightly either because I love our home. Your staff is INCREDIBLE!

Maybe just the floors being swept or vacuumed a little better, but they were still pretty great

Disappointing

Comfortable bed. That's it.

Booking.com booked us a double bed room. They had none. Not pleased that happened. No where to hang up clothes. Only one towel per person. Dull looking room. Sink area showing all the plumbing. Way too much money for this room.

Overall not bad, facilities good, but probably will not use Staybridge again because of policies.

Hotel was good. Check-in was good. Breakfast was good and attendant at breakfast was really good.

Elevators needed some attention for cleanliness. I do not like that the hotel chain charges a $100 deposit and then sits on that charge for several days. I still am being charged and have not received compensation back 3 days later.

Great value for money for business stays.

The rooms are big and the staff is very lovely, the washing machine are free of charge and that is great. The breakfast is decent but it can be more diverse. plenty of parking space and for free.

A bit far from the shopping centers and restaurants in Columbus. only one elevator is working all the time.

It was fine. Not horrible, but not great either.

The hotel was decent, but in an odd location to get to. The room wasn't as large as we expected, but had a full refrigerator in the suite. I didn't really like the layout of the room, but it was ok.

Didn't pay much attention to details. The breakfast was a little subpar compared to other places we have stayed.

The room smelled like mold. The door between the rooms didn’t shut. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel only had one thin worn out blanket to give us for the extra bed.

if had to stay in this town again I would stay here again

nice looking building and I liked the room layout. Favorite was that it has free laundry room for guests.

room was not the cleanest. Dusty headboards, dirty floors , trash and dirty clothes underneath the bed. The pool was also closed during our two night stay. Also didn’t like that breakfast was so late in the morning.
