Everything
Excellent stay! No complaints

We went to the hockey game so the location can't be beat. The staff were exceptional. They opened doors for us and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the restaurant after the game for some food and drinks as well. Made for a very smooth and easy trip.
The price is high but i imagine that due to the location and if you want good staff etc. it costs so I guess if I have to pay a bit more for great service i will do that.

Location was amazing. Staff was great.

Location was amazing.
Price was very expensive but right next to event location. No perks with room booking like free breakfast for almost $500 per night.

Everything was amazing. Room size and suite was perfection. I was most impressed by the front desk staff named Hannah (may be incorrect spelling) , however, she really went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. She was very sweet and accommodating. I’m a big customer service person, so she definitely increased the probability of me staying here again.
There wasn’t an iron in the suite, which we found to be funny, considering all of the other amenities and upgrades to the room

The room was superb. It was very large, with a very good shower and excellent facilities. The staff on reception were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.
There really wasn't much to criticise in relation to this hotel. Everything about it either met or exceeded my expectations. It's quite pricey, but I think that's to be expected with a hotel of this quality in such a central location.

location and most staff very friendly
had to change room due to awful smell upon arrival. second room had moldy smell
not many amenities if there was we didn’t know
for price expected more

Location!! Near so many amenities. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel had fresh filtered water in the hallway and fresh apples by the elevator doors if you happen to be in a rush and need a quick little snack. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again in the near future.
Our room did not have a bathtub. Very minor detail as the shower was amazing!!

Staff and room
VERY VERY LOUD. Endless street noise and fire alarms ruined my stay. Terrible location unless you are going to Scotiabank Arena or taking the train. Will never stay here again despite it being a nice hotel.
4.5
Very comfortable rom with good amenities. The shower was especially nice.
Two early morning fire alarms (so two mornings of a three night stay) were really disruptive. That needs attention as they were both false alarms.

Front office staff were helpful with prompt positive response.
Bed and pillow were too soft.
Nighttime traffic during ball games / DT event was terrible. The road was blocked for 2 hours and our car was stuck. The only access was walking. Driving in Canada (particularly in winter) is a must.
4.5
room size and layout, locked and adjacent rooms
Breakfast food selection and quality poor
no 24 hour room services
in hotel bar and restaurant closed a 10pm

Everything was above and beyond expectations

Location
It is located at a busy intersection so the street noise was loud in our room all night
Breakfast is not included. At this price I think it should be.
4.5
Staff very helpful. Downtown location with fantastic proximity to train station (if utilizing).
No hooks for hanging wet towels. Loose mount for hand-held shower nozzle - problematic.
Poor timing, as 6:00pm to 6:00am festival was being held outside. Too loud to sleep. Should have been informed when registering.
